چکیده

مقدمه: سرنوشت شغلی دانش‌آموختگان بازتاب عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و تحصیلی آنان است. پژوهش حاضر به ارزیابی پایش سرنوشت شغلی فارغ‌التحصیلان مقطع کارشناسی ارشد رشته‌های رادیوبیولوژی، خون‌شناسی، بیوتکنولوژی و ژورنالیزم‌پزشکی طی سال‌های 1390-1399 پرداخته است.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای توصیفی-تحلیلی با روش مقطعی بود که در سال 1401 انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموختگان کارشناسی ارشد رشته‌های رادیوبیولوژی، خون‌شناسی، بیوتکنولوژی و ژورنالیزم‌پزشکی (150 نفر) طی سال‌های 1399-1390 بود. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه استاندارد سرنوشت شغلی سعیدی رضوانی بود و درنهایت 74 نفر به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. در تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و نیز از آماره‌های آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه و تی‌تست استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کل سرنوشت شغلی در این مطالعه در حد متوسط (0/53±3/11) بود. رشته خون‌شناسی بیشترین (0/44±3/28) و رشته بیوتکنولوژی کمترین میانگین نمره (0/47±2/98) سرنوشت شغلی را کسب نمودند. ارتباط معنی‌داری بین نقش اعضای هیئت‌علمی در پیشرفت مهارت‌های شغلی با متغیر سن (0/041=P) و همچنین بین توانمندی‌های تخصصی و شغلی فارغ‌التحصیلان (0/01=P) و وضعیت کار و استخدام آنان (02/0=P) یافت شد. همچنین ابعاد توانایی‌های حرفه‌ای با رضایت شغلی ارتباط معناداری داشت (0/01=P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به چندبعدی بودن سرنوشت شغلی فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاه‌ها پایش موانع استخدام و سعی در جهت رفع آنان از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. بر طبق نتایج، پیشنهاد می‌گردد که به تقویت مهارت‌های شغلی فارغ‌التحصیلان توجه شود، برنامه‌ریزی‌هایی برای استخدام آنان در زمینه شغلی مرتبط با رشته آنان انجام گردد و قبل از فارغ‌التحصیلی اقدامات لازم در خصوص نیازسنجی و شناخت نقاط ضعف و قوت موجود در جامعه انجام گیرد.
