چکیده

مقدمه: مهارت‌های ارتباطی و راهکارهای رفع استرس از مؤلفه‌هایی هستند که بر کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری تأثیر می‌گذارند. باتوجه‌به اپیدمی کوید-19 و داشتن محدودیت در آموزش حضوری، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش مجازی مؤلفه‌های هوش هیجانی بر استرس درک‌شده و مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. 
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ا‌ی تجربی است که بر روی 56 دانشجوی پرستاری که بر‌اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج وارد مطالعه شدند، انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان به‌روش تصادفی‌سازی بلوکی در دو گروه کنترل (28 نفر) و مداخله (28 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله، آموزش مؤلفه‌های هوش هیجانی را از طریق نرم‌افزار اسکایپ دریافت کردند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل: فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسش‌نامه‌ی استرس درک‌شده‌ی کوهن و مهارت‌های ارتباطی کوئین دام بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده ‌از نرم‌افزار آماریSPSS نسخه‌ی 22 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین دو گروه از نظر میانگین نمرات استرس درک‌شده و مهارت‌های ارتباطی در زمان قبل از مداخله‌، تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری وجود ندارد (0/05<P). اما در زمان یک‌ماه پس از مداخله، بین دو گروه از نظر میانگین نمرات استرس درک‌شده و مهارت‌های ارتباطی، تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (0/05>P). 
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مجازی مؤلفه‌های هوش هیجانی باعث کاهش استرس درک‌شده‌ی دانشجویان پرستاری و افزایش سطح مهارت‌های ارتباطی آن‌ها شد. این نتایج، اهمیت آموزش هوش هیجانی را برای دانشجویان پرستاری برجسته کرد.
