چکیده

مقدمه: شیر مادر از نظر رشد کودکان و پیشگیری از ابتلاء به بیماری‌های شایع و نیز از لحاظ مزایایی که برای مادر دارد، بسیار مهم است. باتوجه‌به اهمیت این موضوع، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تأثیر مداخله‌ی آموزشی مبتنی‌بر مدل ارتباطی ایندیانا بر آگاهی و نگرش و عملکرد زنان شیرده شهر شلمزار انجام شد.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه‌ی مداخله‌ای با دو گروه مداخله و کنترل بود که  بر روی 76 مادر شیرده مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز خدمات جامع سلامت شلمزار (38 نفر در گروه مداخله و 38 نفر در گروه کنترل) در سال 1400 انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته متشکل از چهار بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسش‌نامه‌ی سنجش آگاهی، سنجش نگرش و سنجش عملکرد بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه24‌‌‌) انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سن مادران شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه‌ی 02/6± 78/29 سال با محدوده‌ی سنی 20 تا 41 سال بود. قبل از مداخله‌ی آموزشی اختلاف معناداری بین دو گروه به‌لحاظ نمرات آگاهی و نگرش و عملکرد وجود نداشت (05/0 p>)، اما پس از مداخله‌ی آموزشی در گروه مداخله، نمرات آگاهی و نگرش و عملکرد مادران شیرده به‌طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافته است (001/0 p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: طراحی منظم آموزشی بر اساس مدل ارتباطی ایندیانا که از هفت عنصر مهم و اساسی شامل: اهداف، مخاطب، محتوا، سازمان، وسیله، ارائه و ارزشیابی تشکیل شده است و تمام اجزاء و عناصر آن به‌طور سیستماتیک با یکدیگر در ارتباط هستند، می‌تواند آگاهی و نگرش و عملکرد زنان شیرده در زمینه‌ی تغذیه‌ با شیر مادر را افزایش دهد.

Introduction: Breast milk is important for children's growth and the prevention of common diseases; moreover, it benefits the mother. Due to the importance of this issue, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of Indiana Model-based Educational intervention on the knowledge, attitude, and practice of lactating women in Shalmzar.
Methods: This study was an experimental research with control and internention groups, 38 participants in each group, in which educational intervention conducted on 76 breastfeeding mothers referred to Shalamzar Comprehensive Health Service Center in 1400. Data collection tools were a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of four sections: demographic information, knowledge assessment questionnaire, attitude assessment questionnaire, and performance assessment questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software (version 24).
Results: The mean age of mothers participating in the study was 29.78 ± 6.02 years, with an age range of 20-41 years. Before the educational intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups regarding knowledge, attitude, and performance mean scores (p> 0.05). But after the educational intervention in the intervention group, the mean scores of knowledge, attitude, and practice of breastfeeding mothers increased significantly (p <0.001)
Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that traditional educational design is based on the Indiana communication model, which consists of seven important and basic elements, including objectives, audience, content, organization, tool, presentation, and evaluation, and all its components and elements Systematically interact with each other; therefore, it can increase the awareness, attitude, and practice of lactating women in breastfeeding.
