چکیده

مقدمه: سندرم متقاطع فوقانی از ناهنجاری‌های شایع قامتی در سالمندان است که با اختلال در تعادل عضلانی ناحیه شانه و گردن مشخص می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات اصلاحی با استفاده از عینک واقعیت مجازی بر این سندرم در مردان سالمند ۶۰ تا ۶۵ ساله انجام شد. 
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه‌آزمایشی در سال ۱۴۰۳ روی ۳۰ مرد سالمند مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت ۸ هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه ۴۵ دقیقه‌ای تحت تمرینات اصلاحی با واقعیت مجازی قرار گرفتند. متغیرهای زاویه سر به جلو، زاویه شانه به جلو و کایفوز سینه‌ای با استفاده از گونیومتر، کولیس دیجیتال و خط‌کش منعطف در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۱۶ و آزمون‌های تی زوجی و ANCOVA تحلیل شد. 
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه از نظر تغییرات زاویه سر به جلو (0/001=P)، زاویه شانه به جلو (0/000=P) و زاویه کایفوز (0/002=P) پس از مداخله تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود دارد. این تغییرات در گروه تجربی، بهبودی معناداری را نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد تمرینات اصلاحی با واقعیت مجازی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک روش مؤثر در بهبود ناهنجاری‌های سندرم متقاطع فوقانی در مردان سالمند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
