چکیده

مقدمه: کاندیدیاز ولوواژینال از شایع‌ترین عفونت‌های قارچی زنان است و حدود ۸۰ درصد آن‌ها را درگیر می‌کند. نوع عودکننده به علت مصرف طولانی‌مدت دارو و مقاومت دارویی، کیفیت زندگی را کاهش می‌دهد و درمان را پرهزینه می‌سازد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس و کیفیت زندگی در زنان مبتلا به کاندیدیاز عودکننده و غیرعودکننده انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: برای انجام مطالعه، اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی زنان ۱۸ تا ۴۵ سال مبتلا به کاندیدیاز ولووواژینال عودکننده و غیرعودکننده در مراکز درمانی کرمان و سیرجان در سال 1400 با پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته گردآوری شد. افتراق بیماران بر اساس تعداد دفعات عفونت سالانه انجام گرفت. استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی با پرسش‌نامه برگرفته از DASS و کیفیت زندگی با پرسش‌نامه SF-36 ارزیابی شد. در مجموع ۸۴ زن (۴۲ نفر در هر گروه) وارد مطالعه شدند. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل پرسشنامه‌ها نشان داد که کیفیت زندگی در زنان با کاندیدیاز ولووواژینال حاد به‌صورت معناداری بیشتر از مبتلایان به کاندیدیاز ولووواژینال عودکننده بود (0.03=P). همچنین، ابعاد کیفیت زندگی شامل عملکرد جسمی (0.021=P)، نقش جسمی (0.029=P)، نقش عاطفی (0.037=P) و تغییرات سلامت (0.002=P) معنادار بود اما، تفاوت معناداری در افسردگی (0.674=P)، اضطراب (0.938=P) و استرس (0.615=P) بین دو گروه یافت نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: کاندیدیاز ولووواژینال به‌طور قابل‌توجهی بر کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان زنان اثر می‌گذارد، هرچند شدت آن در انواع بیماری متفاوت است. با این وجود، تمرکز مداخلات بالینی بر کاهش این اثرات و انجام مطالعات بیشتر با گروه کنترل ضروری است.
