چکیده

 
مقدمه: مراحل راه‌اندازی و طراحی درمان در دستگاه «لیاک 12 مگا الکترون ولت» وابستگی زیادی به عملکرد نرم‌افزار SWL-LIAC دارد. این نرم‌افزار با استفاده از چهار منحنی درصد در عمقی (PDD) سایر اطلاعات دوزیمتری نسبی دستگاه را شبیه‌سازی می‌کند. هدف مطالعه حاضر مقایسه منحنی‌های درصد دز عمقی شبیه‌سازی‌شده و اندازه‌گیری شده جهت بررسی عملکرد نرم‌افزار است.
مواد و روش‌ها: منحنی درصد دز عمقی برای تعدادی از اپلیکاتورهای زاویه‌دار در فانتوم آب و با استفاده از دیود نوع E اندازه‌گیری شد. اسکن‌های مورد نظر شبیه‌سازی‌شده و اندازه‌گیری شده پس از آماده‌سازی با استفاده از شاخص با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند.
یافته‌ها: در مقایسه‌های انجام شده میان منحنی‌های درصد دز عمقی اندازه‌گیری شده و خروجی نرم‌افزار (برای 24 اپلیکاتور)، با در نظر گرفتن معیار پذیرش 3 میلی متر/ 3 درصد، میانگین شاخص‌های گاما 100 درصد بود. به دلیل اینکه شاخص گاما حاصل از مقایسه منحنی‌های درصد دز عمقی اپلیکاتور 3 سانتی‌متر 15 درجه در انرژی 12 مگا الکترون ولت با معیار 2 میلی متر/ 2 درصد، 98/9 درصد گزارش شد، میانگین کل شاخص‌های گاما در این معیار 99/9 درصد به دست آمد. حداکثر میزان قدرمطلق تفاوت دز، 2/9 درصد در اپلیکاتور 3 سانتی‌متر 15 درجه در انرژی 12 مگا الکترون ولت و 30 درجه در انرژی 6 مگا الکترون ولت بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نرم‌افزار SWL-LIAC از صحت کافی در محاسبات PDD برخوردار است.
