چکیده

 
مقدمه: سرطان پستان شایع‌ترین بدخیمی در میان زنان جهان است و مسیر سیگنالینگ mTOR نقش کلیدی در تنظیم رشد، تکثیر و بقای سلولی دارد. بررسی سطح بیان‌ژن mTOR می‌تواند به عنوان یک نشانگر بالقوه تشخیصی و پیش‌آگهی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، ۹۹ بیمار تازه‌ تشخیص‌داده‌شده مبتلا به سرطان پستان و ۴۹ فرد سالم  به‌عنوان گروه کنترل که در سال 1403-1402 به مرکز اموزشی درمانی امیرالمومنین گراش مراجعه کرده بوده‌اند بررسی شده‌اند. سطح بیان‌ژن mTOR در سلول‌های تک‌هسته‌ای خون محیطی (PBMCs) با استفاده از روشRT-qPCR اندازه‌گیری گردید. داده‌های کلینیکوپاتولوژیک شامل نوع مولکولی، مرحله بیماری و وضعیت گیرنده‌های هورمونی (ER، PR، HER2) نیز ثبت و تحلیل شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار (SPSS version 27.0 IBM Corp., USA) انجام شد
یافته‌ها: میانگین سطح بیان‌ژن mTOR در بیماران سرطان پستان (1.87±0.21) به طور معنی‌داری بالاتر از گروه کنترل (1/45±0/18) بود (0/001>P). بیشترین میزان بیان در زیرگروه HER2 مثبت (0/21±2/14) و کمترین میزان در زیرگروه‌های لومینال (1/74±0/10) A و سه‌گانه منفی (0/21±1/74) مشاهده شد، اگرچه تفاوت میان زیرگروه‌ها از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود (0/342=P) همچنین بین بیان mTOR  و وضعیت گیرنده‌های ER، PR، HER2 ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده گردید (0/001>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش بیان ژن mTOR در بیماران سرطان پستان می‌تواند نشان‌دهنده نقش این مسیر در پیشرفت بیماری و مقاومت درمانی باشد. یافته‌های این پژوهش از اهمیت mTOR به‌عنوان یک هدف درمانی و نشانگر مولکولی بالقوه در طراحی درمان‌های شخصی‌سازی‌شده حمایت می‌کند.
