چکیده
مقدمه: تاثیرات مخرب بیموبایلهراسی و کاهش شایستگی اجتماعی در نوجوانان بیموبایلهراس باعث توجه روزافزون پژوهشگران به دسته از نوجوانان شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر بیموبایلهراسی و شایستگی اجتماعی در نوجوانان بیموبایلهراس بود.
مواد و روشها: طرح پژوهش، آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه نوجوانان دارای علائم بیموبایلهراسی ساکن شهر خرمآباد در نیمه اول سال 1403 بود که از این تعداد 30 نوجوان به صورت خوشهای چند مرحلهای تصادفی انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی ساده در گروههای آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) گذاشته شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامه علامتهای بیموبایلهراسی آزادمنش و همکاران و شایستگی اجتماعی پرندین بودند. آموزشهای، مهارتهای ارتباطی هارجی و همکاران در قالب 10 جلسه 70 دقیقهای به گروه آزمایش ارائه شد. داده های به دست آمده به روش تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره و تکمتغیره با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 19 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد، آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی منجر به کاهش علائم بیموبایلهراسی (F=56.750, P<0.001, Eta=0.67) و خرده مقیاسهایش یعنی اضطراب، افسردگی و ناکامی در نوجوانان بیموبایلهراس شده است. همچنین نتایج بیانگر آن بود که آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر افزایش شایستگی اجتماعی (F=26.070, P<0.001, Eta=0.49) و خردهمقیاسهایش یعنی مهارتهای رفتاری، آمایههای انگیزش و انتظارات، مهارتهای شناختی و کفایت هیجانی در نوجوانان دارای بیموبایلهراس مؤثر است.
نتیجهگیری: در کل میتوان نتیجه گرفت که نوجوانان با علائم بیموبایلهراسی، هنگامی که تحت آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی قرار میگیرند، میآموزند که برای ارضای نیاز ارتباط خود درگیر روابط اجتماعی سالم و سازنده با گروه همسالان و خانواده خود شوند و از ارتباطات مجازی مبتنی بر گوشیهای همراه دوری میکنند. همین مسئله میزان وابستگی آنها را به گوشیهای موبایل کمتر کرده و از علائم بیموبایلهراسی آنها کم میکند و شایستگی اجتماعی آنان را افزایش میدهد.
