چکیده

مقدمه: افراد مبتلا به اختلال سوگ طولانی‌مدت در تنظیم هیجانات خود و خودشفقتی با مشکلاتی روبه‌رو هستند. آن‌ها همچنین با همجوشی که با باورها و برخی افکار خود پیدا می‌کنند، کیفیت زندگی خود را به‌طور جدی پایین می‌آورند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تنظیم هیجان، همجوشی شناختی و خودشفقتی افراد دارای اختلال سوگ طولانی‌مدت انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود و در آن سی نفر مبتلا به اختلال سوگ طولانی‌مدت در سال 1402 به‌شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌طور غیرتصادفی به یک گروه آزمایش (پانزده نفر) و کنترل (پانزده نفر) جای‌دهی شدند. درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد طی هشت جلسه‌ی 75 دقیقه‌ای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ی تنظیم هیجان گراس و جان (2003)، پرسش‌نامه‌ی خودشفقتی نف (2003)، پرسش‌نامه‌ی همجوشی شناختی گیلاندرز و همکاران (2010) و نیز پرسش‌نامه‌ی سوگ طولانی‌مدت پریگرسون و همکاران ( 2021) بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس و کوواریانس با نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS 23 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بین تنظیم هیجان (F=33.480, P=0.001)، خودشفقتی (F=28.541, P=0.001) و همجوشی شناختی (F=4.803, P=0.001) در دو گروه در پس‌آزمون، تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد، یعنی درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد توانسته است نمرات تنظیم هیجان، خودشفقتی را افزایش و نمرات همجوشی شناختی را کاهش دهد (0/05>P). 
نتیجه‌گیری: برای افزایش تنظیم هیجان و خودشفقتی و همچنین کاهش همجوشی شناختی افراد مبتلا به اختلال سوگ طولانی‌مدت می‌توان از درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد بهره گرفت.
