چکیده

مقدمه: از مشکلات شایع دوران یائسگی کاهش میل و برانگیختگی جنسی است که می‌تواند باعث کاهش کیفیت زندگی زنان شود. همچنین داشتن اختلال می‌تواند منجر به کاهش رضایت جنسی شود؛ لذا این پژوهش باهدف نقش میانجی‌گری رضایت جنسی در رابطه سبک‌های دلبستگی و خودشیء انگاری با اختلال میل/برانگیختگی جنسی در زنان یائسه انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر باتوجه‌به هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه زنان یائسه دارای اختلال میل/برانگیختگی جنسی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمانی تخصصی در زمینه اختلالات جنسی واقع در شهر اصفهان در سال 1402 که آمار دقیقی از آنها در دسترس نیست بودند. تعداد 250 نفر زن یائسه بالای 50 سال دارای اختلال میل/برانگیختگی جنسی با تشخیص قطعی از طریق مصاحبه تشخیصی روانشناس بالینی و کسب نمره 3/3 براساس شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. همه زنان به پرسش‌نامه‌های سبک دلبستگی هازن و شیور(1987)، خودشیء انگاری نل و فردریکسون(1998)، رضایت جنسی لارسون و همکاران(1998) و شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان روزن و همکاران(2008) پاسخ دادند برای مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری از نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد تأثیر مستقیم متغیر رضایت جنسی بر میل/برانگیختگی جنسی (t=7.45, β=0.446)، معنی‌دار به‌دست‌آمده است (0/001>P). تأثیر غیرمستقیم خودشیء انگاری از طریق رضایت جنسی بر میل/ برانگیختگی جنسی (t=3.54, β=-0.11)، سبک دلبستگی ایمن از طریق رضایت جنسی بر میل/برانگیختگی جنسی (t=2.12, β=0.071) و سبک دلبستگی دوسوگرا از طریق رضایت جنسی بر میل/ برانگیختگی جنسی (t=4.11, β=-0.164) معنی‌دار به‌دست‌آمده است (0/05>P). اما تأثیر سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی از طریق رضایت جنسی بر میل/برانگیختگی جنسی (t=0.931, β=0.03) معنی‌دار به دست نیامده است (0/05<P). 
نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه‌به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده رضایت جنسی قادر به پیش‌بینی اختلال میل/برانگیختگی جنسی در زنان یائسه می‌باشد همچنین سبک‌‌‌های دلبستگی ایمن، دوسوگرا و خودشیء انگاری از طریق رضایت جنسی قادر به پیش‌بینی اختلال میل/برانگیختگی جنسی در زنان یائسه خواهد.
