چکیده
مقدمه: اضطراب جزو پنج عامل اول بار بیماری در نوجوانان است و در هنگام بروز آن مراجعه به مراکز درمانی لازم است. ذهنیسازی مطلوب میتواند از اضطراب پیشگیری کند. اضطراب و ذهنیسازی هر دو تحت تأثیر نحوه فرزندپرروی والدین هستند، بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت والدین و فرزندپروری مثبتنگر بر ذهنیسازی و علائم نوجوانان مضطرب انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری بود. جامعه پژوهش، نوجوانان دختر مضطرب مراجعهکننده به مراکز روانشناختی شهر اصفهان در سال 1403 به همراه مادرانشان بودند و حجم نمونه به روش در دسترس انجام شد و تعداد 60 نوجوان-مادر انتخاب و تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه تقسیم گردیدند و پیشآزمون اجرا شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای ذهنیسازی فونگی و همکاران (2016) و اضطراب اسپیلبرگر (1970) بود. مادران در گروه آزمایش اول، آموزش مدیریت والدین و در گروه آزمایش دوم، آموزش فرزندپروری مثبتنگر در قالب 12 جلسه 90 دقیقهای دریافت کردند. نتایج با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 26 بررسی شد.
یافتهها: آموزشهای مدیریت والدین و فرزندپروری مثبتنگر بر ذهنیسازی (0/316=Eta)، قطعیت (0/513=Eta)، عدم قطعیت (0/127=Eta)، اضطراب (0/286=Eta)، حالت (0/151=Eta) و صفت (0/251=Eta) تأثیر داشتند (0/01>P)، اثر این دو دوره آموزشی بر تمامی متغیرها به جز عدم قطعیت ماندگار بود.
نتیجهگیری: متخصصان حوزه خانواده و نوجوان میتوانند بهمنظور تعدیل ذهنیسازی و کاهش اضطراب نوجوانان از دو رویکرد آموزش مدیریت والدین و آموزش فرزندپروری مثبتنگر بهره ببرند.
