بررسی ارتباط اختلالات جسمی همراه و شدت علائم روان‌پزشکی (مطالعه‌ی موردی: بیماران بستری در بیمارستان روان‌پزشکی ابن‌سینای شیراز)

چکیده

مقدمه: افراد مبتلا به بیماری روان‌پزشکی از سلامت جسمانی ضعیف‌تری در مقایسه با جمعیت عمومی رنج می‌برند؛ همچنین خطر ابتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی‌عروقی و میزان مرگ‌و‌میر بالاتری دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بیماری جسمی همراه و شدت علائم روان‌پزشکی در بیماران بستری در بخش‌های روان‌پزشکی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش به‌روش مطالعه‌های طولی کوتاه‌مدت (کوهورت کوتاه‌مدت) انجام شد. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل بیماران بستری در بخش‌های روان‌پزشکی بیمارستان ابن‌سینای شیراز در تابستان 1402 به‌تعداد 510 نفر (100 زن و 410 مرد) بود که به‌شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری سرشماری ارزیابی و مصاحبه‌ی بالینی شدند و به پرسش‌نامه‌ی نشانه‌های اختلالات روانی (Symptom Check List – 90-R) و چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته‌ی وضعیتِ اختلالِ جسمیِ همراه پاسخ دادند. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 23 و R نسخه‌ی 4/3 با استفاده از آزمون تی گروه‌های مستقل تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج آزمون‌ها مشخص گردید که از میان چهارده بیماریِ جسمی همراه و شدت علائم روان‌پزشکی ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. بیماری‌هایی مانند تشنج، مشکلات تیروئید، کم‌خونی و فشار خون دارای ارتباط معنی‌دار و مستقیمی با شدت علائم روان‌پزشکی هستند (0/01≥P)، درحالی‌که بیماری‌های مربوط به پروستات، دیابت و آسم کمترین تأثیر را بر شدت علائم روان‌پزشکی داشته‌اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: مطابق با نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از پژوهش، درک ارتباط بالقوه‌ی بین بیماری‌های پزشکی و علائم روان‌پزشکی برای ارائه‌ی مراقبت‌های مؤثر برای بیماران ضروری است. هم‌زمانی ابتلا به بیماری‌های جسمی و روانی بر مدیریت بیماری، وضعیت کلی سلامت بیماران و کیفیت زندگی تأثیر زیادی دارد.
