چکیده

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر شفقت به خود در دانش آموزان دختر با نشانگان اضطرابی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی دانش‌آموزان با نشانگان اضطرابی تشکیل می‌دادند که در مقطع متوسطه دوم (پایه دهم رشته علوم انسانی) در سال تحصیلی 1402- 1401 در شهر زابل مشغول به تحصیل بودند. به دلیل دشواری در انتخاب روش‌های نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، تعداد 40 دانش آموز انتخاب و در گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و کنترل (20 نفر) گمارده شدند. بررسی نشانگان اضطرابی دانش آموزان با پرسش‌نامه اضطراب کلاس درس مک‌کراسکی و ریچموند (1982) و گردآوری اطلاعات با پرسش‌نامه شفقت به خود نِف (2003) انجام شد. گروه آزمایش برنامة شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی را طی 8 جلسة 2 ساعته (1 روز در هفته) دریافت کرد، اما برای شرکت‌کنندگان گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای انجام نشد. داده‌ها با روش‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره با نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 26 تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که شرکت در جلسات شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در افراد گروه آزمایش از پیش‌آزمون به پس‌آزمون، منجر به بهبود نمره کل شفقت به خود و ابعاد آن شده است و بین میانگین نمره شفقت به خود افراد گروه آزمایش و کنترل از نظر آماری تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (F=107.35, P<0.001, Eta=0.787).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی می‌تواند با افزایش آگاهی و پذیرش، موجب بهبود معنادار شفقت به خود و کاهش اضطراب در دانش‌آموزان شود. این بهبود، تأثیر مثبتی بر روابط اجتماعی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان نیز دارد.
