چکیده

مقدمه: بلوغ و رویش دندان نمودی از رشد مطلوب یک کودک است که عوامل متعددی بر آن مؤثر هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط سطح ویتامین D مادر و بند ناف نوزاد و ارتباط این دو با رویش اولیه دندان شیری نوزادان انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی روی 48 نفر از مادران باردار مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان حافظ شهر شیراز از تیرماه 1400 تا خردادماه 1401 انجام شد. ابتدا 5 سی سی خون لخته پس از زایمان از مادر و بند ناف نوزاد گرفته و میزان ویتامین دی آن‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد. همچنین در پایان 6 ماهگی نوزاد ظهور یا عدم ظهور اولین دندان شیری نوزاد از مادر پرسش و ثبت شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26 آنالیز شد.
یافته‌ها: این مطالعه ارتباط مستقیم بین میانگین ویتامین D سرم مادران (7/3±21/85) و ویتامین D بند ناف نوزادان (11/97±35/95) یافت شد (r=0.8, P<0.001). سطح ویتامین D مادر و نوزاد، با ظهور اولین دندان شیری در 6 ماهه اول عمر نوزاد، ارتباط معناداری داشت (0/001=P). همچنین سطوح ویتامین D مادر با عدم دریافت یا مصرف ناکافی مکمل ویتامین D در بارداری مرتبط بود (0/05>P). ظهور دندان شیری اولیه در نوزادان پسر بیشتر از دختر بود (0/005>P)، اما ارتباط بین سن رویش دندان با دفعات بارداری (0/95=P) و وزن تولد نوزاد (0/13=P) معنادار نبود.
نتیجه‌گیری: 85 درصد مادران سطح ویتامین D کمتر از ng/ml 30 داشتند که نشان‌دهنده شیوع بالای کمبود این ویتامین میان مادران است. همچنین رویش دندان‌های اولیه شیری به‌عنوان یک فاکتور رشد و نمو مطلوب کودک، تحت تأثیر ویتامین D زمان جنینی قرار دارد.
