تأثیر برنامه آموزشی با استفاده از آموزه‌های ادبیات کلاسیک فارسی بر کیفیت مراقبت از سالمندان و تغییر نگرش نسبت به دوره سالمندی توسط دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری: یک مطالعه کارآزمایی شاهددار تصادفی

چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از چالش‌های مراقبت از سالمندان، عدم کیفیت روابط با آنان و نگرش منفی‌ای است که نسبت به آن‌ها وجود دارد. برای رفع این چالش، ابتدا باید نگرش جوانان را تغییر داد. در همین راستا در این مطالعه به تأثیر برنامه آموزشی با استفاده از آموزه‌های ادبیات کلاسیک فارسی بر کیفیت مراقبت از سالمندان و تغییر نگرش نسبت به دوره سالمندی توسط دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری پرداخته شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه، تجربی و از نوع کارآزمایی شاهددار تصادفی بود و با حضور 86 دانشجوی کارشناسی پرستاری در سال 1402 اجرا شد. شرکت‌کنندگان به روش تخصیص تصادفی ساده با بلوک‌های برابر با استفاده از شماره دانشجویی انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه به دو گروه مساوی مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برای گروه مداخله، 6 جلسه آموزشی 45 دقیقه‌ای به صورت حضوری برگزار شد و طی چهار بازه زمانی، مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. سپس سنجش بین دو گروه صورت گرفت. متغیر نگرش با استفاده از پرسشنامه کوگان، و متغیر کیفیت با پرسشنامه کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در چهار فاز سنجیده شد. با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌های مکرر داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار جامووی نسخه 3/2 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان، 3.38±23.70 سال و در محدوده 19 تا 41 سال بود. متغیرهای دموگرافیک پژوهش، قبل از مداخله در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تفاوت معناداری نداشت. تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌های مکرر نشان داد که میانگین نمره نگرش در دو خرده مقیاس قدردانی و تعصب، نسبت به دوره سالمندی در دانشجویان در چهار مرحله سنجش در بین دو گروه مداخله و کنترل و درون گروه‌ها، تفاوت معنا‌داری دارد (P<0.001). درحالی که میانگین نمره کل کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری در هر سه بُعد جسمی، ارتباطی و روانی-اجتماعی در دانشجویان پرستاری با توجه به سطوح متغیر گروه‌ها طی 4 بار سنجش، تفاوت معناداری نداشت (P>0.05).
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش‌ به دانشجویان براساس منابع ادبیات کلاسیک فارسی می‌تواند تأثیر مثبتی در تغییر نگرش آن‌ها نسبت به جایگاه اجتماعی سالمندان داشته باشد. همچنین به‌نظر می‌رسد که آموزش در زمینه بهبود کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری تا حدی مؤثر است.
