چکیده

 
مقدمه: کارکنان اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی جزو اولین افرادی هستند که در اتفاقات ناگوار با بیماران مواجه می‌شوند. ارائه بهینه خدمات درمانی تا حد زیادی به سلامت این کارکنان و قدرت تصمیم‌گیری آنان بستگی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان ارتباط فرسودگی شغلی با رفتار تکانشی پرسنل پیش‌بیمارستانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی، با جامعه آماری شامل پرسنل اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال 1402-1401 بود. در این مطالعه با روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری 620 نفر وارد مطالعه شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه رفتار تکانشی بارت، و پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مزلاچ استفاده شد. جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی بهره گرفته شد و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: همبستگی و سطح معنی‌داری این آماره برای ارتباط بین فرسودگی شغلی و رفتار تکانشی به ترتیب برابر با (r=0.47) و (P=0.001) به دست آمد. در نتیجه می‌توان بیان داشت که بین فرسودگی شغلی و رفتار تکانشی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: وجود رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین فرسودگی شغلی و بروز رفتار تکانشی در بین پرسنل پیش‌بیمارستانی نشان می‌دهد که می‌توان با تمرکز بر آموزش‌های مبنی بر کنترل خشم و کنترل استرس و ایجاد امکانات رفاهی به کاهش فرسودگی شغلی و درنتیجه کاهش رفتارهای تکانشی پرسنل کمک کرد.
