چکیده
مقدمه: مهمترین سرمایه هر سازمانی، داشتن کارکنان خلاق بهعنوان یک مزیت رقابتی است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه بین خلاقیت فردی و فرهنگ سازمانی کارکنان و سبک رهبری مدیران در بیمارستانهای منتخب شهر یزد در سال 1402 بود.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی-مقطعی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش کارکنان شاغل در بخش اداری، پرستاران و پزشکان عمومی بیمارستانهای منتخب شهر یزد بودند. حجم نمونه ۲۷۸ نفر به دست آمد. سه پرسشنامه سبک رهبری،خلاقیت فردیو فرهنگ سازمانی بهصورت تصادفی طبقهبندیشده در اختیار افراد قرار گرفت و دادهها از روش تحلیل رگرسیون با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS ورژن 25 آنالیز شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که میانگین فرهنگ سازمانی 15/33±51/70 و میانگین خلاقیت فردی 5/50±45/56 بودند. 60/8 درصد افراد خلاقیت متوسط داشتند. سبک رهبری غالب، رهبری تحولگرا بود. با افزایش نمره سبک رهبری، میانگین نمره خلاقیت فردی و فرهنگ سازمانی افزایش مییافت. رابطه آماری مثبتی بین سبک رهبری با خلاقیت فردی و فرهنگ سازمانی وجود داشت و با افزایش نمره فرهنگ سازمانی میانگین نمره خلاقیت فردی اضافه می شد (0/001>P).
نتیجهگیری: بین سبک رهبری، خلاقیت فردی کارکنان و فرهنگ سازمانی، رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بنابراین مدیران سازمانها با اتخاذ سبک مناسب رهبری میتوانند موجب شکوفایی و رشد کارمندان و توسعه خلاقیت کارمندان خود شوند و از این طریق در جهت بهبود عملکرد آنان و افزایش بهرهوری بیمارستانها گام مؤثری بردارند.
