چکیده
مقدمه: وسواس فکری نوجوانان دربرگیرنده تمامی افکار مزاحمی است که در بدترین حالت ممکن بهصورت مکرر آنها (بهخصوص دختران) را درگیر میکند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسه اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک و درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر توجه افراد مبتلا به وسواس فکری انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون-پیگیری (2 ماهه) و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دختران مبتلا به وسواس فکری در مقطع متوسطه اول و دوم مناطق 1 و 3 شهر تهران در سال 1401 بود که از بین آنها 45 نفر (هر گروه 15 نفر) بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایشی و کنترل جایدهی شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای وسواس فکری-اجباری مادزلی (1977) و آزمون عملکرد پیوسته رازولد و همکاران (1956) استفاده شد. در گروههای آزمایش 1 و 2 به ترتیب، بستههای درمان شناختی-رفتاری و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک (هر بسته 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای) اجرا شد. تحلیل دادهها توسط نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 و روش تحلیل واریانس آمیخته چندمتغیری انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو روش درمان شناختی-رفتاری و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک سبب بهبود زیرمقیاسهای خطای حذف (به ترتیب با 8/252- و 8/112- =MD)، خطای ارتکاب (2/6- و 1/269- =MD) و زمان عکسالعمل (11/756- و 17/227- =MD) دختران مبتلا به وسواس فکری، نسبت به گروه کنترل شده است (0/05>P)؛ همچنین، نتایج روشهای درمان شناختی-رفتاری با رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک در خطای ارتکاب و زمان عکسالعمل متفاوت بودند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به آسیبپذیری روانی دختران مبتلا به وسواس فکری اجباری میتوان از بستههای درمان شناختی-رفتاری و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک جهت بهبود سطح روانشناختی آنان بهره برد.
