چکیده

مقدمه: طلاق آسیب روانی، هیجانی و شناختی فراوانی برای فرزندان یک خانواده ایجاد می‌کند و مسائل روانی آن‌ها در زمره پراهمیت‌ترین مباحث روانشناختی قرار می‌گیرد. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف آزمون اثر روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر بر بهزیستی ذهنی و تنظیم هیجانی دختران نوجوان در خانواده طلاق صورت پذیرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل نوجوانان دختر طلاق در دوره اول متوسطه شهر رشت در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 و شرکت‌کنندگان پژوهش شامل 27 نوجوان دختر طلاق بودند که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. نوجوانان حاضر در گروه آزمایش، روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر را طی 8 هفته در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل مقیاس بهزیستی ذهنی (SBWS) و پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجانی (ERQ) بود. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS23 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر بر بهزیستی ذهنی (0/0001>P) و تنظیم هیجانی (0/0001>P) دختران نوجوان طلاق تأثیر داشته است. اندازه اثر آموزش حاضر بر بهزیستی ذهنی و تنظیم هیجانی به ترتیب 0/56 و 0/54 بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت که روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر با بهره‌گیری از فنونی همانند چشم‌انداز مثبت به زندگی، آموزش خوش‌بینی، و امید به آینده می تواند برای بهبود بهزیستی ذهنی و تنظیم هیجانی دختران نوجوان در خانواده طلاق مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
