چکیده

مقدمه: بیماری دیابت بر ابعاد مختلف جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی بیماران تأثیر می‌گذارد، از این رو هدف اصلی از انجام مطالعه حاضر، کشف تجربه زیسته بیماری دیابت نزد مبتلایان دیابتی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی شوتز انجام گرفت و به همین دلیل، محقق از مصاحبه عمیق و متوالی به‌عنوان ابزاری برای کسب توصیفات تجربه زیسته استفاده نمود. در مجموع 21 فرد دیابتی ساکن شهر جهرم به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در طول یک دوره 8 ماهه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از روش شوتز تحلیل و در قالب برساخت مرتبه اول، برساخت مرتبه دوم و سنخ‌بندی طبقه‌بندی گردیدند.
یافته‌ها: در زیست سلامت‌محور، یافته‌ها مشتمل برشش مضمون اصلی (سنخ بندی) خود مراقبتی، بی‌خوابی، دیابت و نوسان وزن، مشکلات جسمانی، ناتوانی جنسی و اختلال روانی، و 21 برساخت مرتبه دوم بود. در سبک زندگی، یافته‌ها مشتمل بر چهار مضمون اصلی (سنخ‌بندی) پرورش جسمی، الگوهای تغذیه، زیست معنوی و زیست فراغتی و 17 برساخت مرتبه دوم بود. معنای درک‌شده دیابت نیز شامل هفت برساخت مرتبه دوم، هیپرگلیسمی، استرس و دیابت، دیابت و ژنتیک، هورمون انسولین، پانکراس، هورمون‌ها، اضطراب مرگ و مدیریت وحشت بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که خود مراقبتی، مشکلات جسمی، اختلال روانی و ناتوانی جنسی در تجربه زیست سلامت‌محور بیماران دیابتی و زیست فراغتی، زیست معنوی، الگوهای تغذیه و پرورش جسمی در سبک زندگی بیماران دیابتی، و معنای درک شده دیابت در کنترل این بیماری نقش مهمی دارند.
