چکیده
امروزه شاهد گسترش کاربرد وسایل پزشکی در سطح دنیا هستیم. ایمنی این وسایل در هر کشوری همبستگی بالایی با سلامت عمومی و امنیت ملی آن کشور دارد. با وجود تمام حساسیتها و نظارتهای قانونی، باز هم مسائلی مانند عدم شفافیت اطلاعات در زنجیره تأمین وسایل پزشکی، عدم بازخورد واقعی از حوادث و گزارشهای بالینی مرتبط با این وسایل و به دنبال آن به روز نشدن سیستم مدیریت ریسک و ارتقای کیفی این وسایل، افزایش ریسک ایمنی کاربران/بیماران در کاربرد این وسایل را به دنبال خواهد داشت؛ بنابراین، طراحی و پیادهسازی یک سامانه مدیریتی مؤثر نظارتی و پساارزیابی وسایل پزشکی، امری ضروری است.
در این مقاله ضمن مروری بر برخی کاربردهای فنآوری زنجیره بلوکی در حوزه سلامت، الزامات و چارچوب ساختاری یک سامانه اطلاعاتی و مدیریتی پساارزیابی وسایل پزشکی مبتنی بر این فنآوری نیز آورده شده است. این سامانه با رویکرد ردیابی وسایل پزشکی در راستای افزایش شفافیت و اطلاعرسانی سریع و کاهش نرخ حوادث و گزارشهای بالینی ناگوار مرتبط با این وسایل در کل زنجیره تأمین آنها ارائه شده است. سامانه پساارزیابی وسایل پزشکی مبتنی بر فناوری زنجیره بلوکی با ایجاد شفافیت کامل اطلاعاتی در کل زنجیره میتواند توصیهها و اطلاعات ارزشمند و واقعی را در قالب قراردادهای هوشمند برای کلیه ذینفعان فراهم آورد. سازمانهای نظارتی و قانونگذار میتوانند با استفاده از فنآوری زنجیره بلوکی به نحو مطلوب و مؤثری فرایند نظارت و مدیریت عملکرد وسایل پزشکی را رصد نمایند و در عین ایجاد شفافیت بیشتر، زمینه ارتقای ایمنی و کیفیت برای ذینفعان را نیز تضمین کنند.
