چکیده

 
مقدمه: پرخاشگری در کودکان و نوجوانان سبب می‌شود تا خود آنان و اطرافیانشان با آسیب‌های روانی و اجتماعی مواجه شوند. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر درمان ذهن‌آگاهی کودک‌محور بر کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی و قلدری دانش‌آموزان پسر پرخاشگر پرداخت.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان پسر پرخاشگر دوره دوم ابتدایی (9 تا 12 ساله) شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 36 دانش‌آموز پسر پرخاشگر با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (هر گروه 18 دانش‌آموز). گروه آزمایش، درمان ذهن‌آگاهی کودک‌محور را طی ده هفته در ده جلسه 75 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه پرخاشگری (AQ)، پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی (SAQ) و پرسشنامه قلدری (BQ) استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS 23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان ذهن‌آگاهی کودک‌محور بر اضطراب اجتماعی (0/0001>P؛ 0/61=Eta؛ 54/37=F) و قلدری (0/0001>P؛ 0/68=Eta؛ 71/90=F) دانش‌آموزان پسر پرخاشگر تأثیر معنادار دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که درمان ذهن‌آگاهی کودک‌محور با استفاده از پذیرش احساسات بدون قضاوت، اعمال و افکار آگاهانه و تمرکز بر فعالیت در حال انجام، می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک درمان کارآمد جهت کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی و قلدری دانش‌آموزان پسر پرخاشگر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
