چکیده
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف کلی ارائه مدلی برای کاهش هیجانات رفتاری از طریق ذهنآگاهی کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی انجام پذیرفت.
روشها: روش تحقیق آمیخته (کیفی – کمی) بود و از نظر هدف، کاربردی و در زمره تحقیقات توسعهای است. در این تحقیق در بخش کیفی به شیوه غیر تصادفی و روش گلوله برفی در راند اول، نظرات ۳۰ نفر از تیم مشارکتکننده (استادان دانشگاهی و کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی) انتخاب شد و در راند دوم و سوم نیز نظرات ۳۰ نفر جمعآوری گردید، جامعه آماری شامل 420 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی بود و از این میان 200 نفر بهعنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. برای شناسایی مؤلفهها از روش دلفی فازی و برای میزان تأثیر متغیرهای شناسایی شده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد.
یافتهها: مطابق نتایج بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش و مصاحبههای انجام شده در مجموع 76 عامل بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش و مصاحبهها شناسایی شد. 12 زیر شاخص برای هیجانات رفتاری در قالب مؤلفههای مشاهده توصیفی، عمل آگاهانه، پذیرش بدون قضاوت و عدم واکنش یافت شد و برای سازه ذهنآگاهی نیز 12 زیر شاخص در قالب مؤلفههای خشم، اضطراب و استرس، ترس و غم دستهبندی شدند.
نتیجهگیری: در زمینه ذهنآگاهی، با توجه به بالا بودن میزان تنش شغلی با توجه به ماهیت محیط کاری سازمان تأمین اجتماعی، میتوان با فراهم کردن محیطی آرام و دور از تنش برای کارکنان میزان هیجانات رفتاری را کاهش داد.
