چکیده
مقدمه: درمانهای طولانی و سطح بالای تنش در بیماری سرطان، تأثیر منفی طولانیمدتی بر سلامت روان مبتلایان به آن دارد و سبب بروز مشکلات روانشناختی همچون افزایش نگرانی، ناامیدی و عواطف منفی میشود. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مداخله مددکاری اجتماعی گروهی بر کاهش نگرانی، ناامیدی و تعدیل عواطف منفی بیماران سرطانی صورت گرفت.
روشها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود و در آن 30 نفر از بیماران سرطانی بیمارستان ایرانمهر بیرجند در سال 1400 به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. روش اجرای مداخله مددکاری اجتماعی گروهی، بهصورت آموزش در طی 8 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش بود و گروه کنترل آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مقیاس عاطفه مثبت و عاطفه منفی واتسن، کلارک و تلگن (1988) و مقیاس ناامیدی بک و همکاران (1985) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس تک و چند متغیره استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که تفاوت مشاهدهشده بین میانگینهای نمرات ناامیدی و عواطف منفی شرکتکنندگان گروه آزمایش – کنترل برحسب عضویت گروهی در مرحله پسآزمون با 95 درصد اطمینان معنیدار (05/0P<) بود و میزان تأثیر مداخله مددکاری اجتماعی گروهی برای متغیر ناامیدی 29/0 و عواطف منفی 50/0 بوده است.
نتیجهگیری: برای کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی بیماران سرطانی میتوان از مداخله مددکاری اجتماعی گروهی بهره گرفت.
