چکیده
مقدمه: خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی برای تأمین تندرستی و حفاظت از سلامت مردم پاسخگوی نیاز قطعی و مداوم انسان‌ها و از مسائل بسیار مهمی است که ثمربخشی حقیقی آن در گروی آمیختگی این خدمات با موازین اخلاقی و فضائلی است که آن‌ها را در جهت تأمین نیاز مردم عرضه نماید.با این دیدگاه، بی‌گمان پرداختن به بحث کاربرد اخلاق در خدمات سلامت روان ضروری است.
روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش تحلیل محتوای کیفی قراردادی است که برای جمع‌آوری نمونه از مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته با متخصصان استفاده کرده است. ۱۸ نفر از متخصصان و فعالان حوزه سلامت روان از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. پس از پیاده‌سازی مصاحبه‌ها، داده‌ها بر اساس مراحل روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی و روش آنالیز گرانهایم و لاندمن مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل ۶۸ کد اولیه، ۱۲ زیرطبقه، ۳ طبقه اصلی و ۱ مقوله هسته شامل موانع تبدیل نگرش‌های اخلاقی به عمل اخلاقی به دست آمد. طبقات اصلی را دیدگاه متخصصان، موانع فردی و موانع بنیادی تشکیل می‌داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شناسایی موانع فردی و بنیادی در تبدیل نگرش‌های اخلاقی به عمل اخلاقیکه رهیافت پژوهش حاضر است، امید آن می‌رود که با رفع این موانع رشد اخلاق در سطح فردی و سازمانی ارتقا یابد.
