چکیده
مقدمه: افشای خیانت تاثیرات مخرب و تکان دهندهای بر خانواده میگذارد ومیتواند آن قدر شدید و غیر قابل کنترل باشد که در عملکرد روزانه و تمرکز اعضای خانواده، اختلال ایجاد کند و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی را به خطر بیاندازد. بنابراین اعمال مداخلاتی جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت، از مهمترین اقدامات روانشناسان است؛ لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر همسنجی تاثیر بسته زوج درمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجان مدار (جانسون) و زوج درمانی یکپارچه بر کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت بود.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع روش نیمهتجربیباطرحتک آزمودنی است که در آن از طرحA B استفاده شد. در این پژوهش12 بار اندازهگیری (4 بار به عنوان خط پایه، 4 بار طی درمان و 4 بار نیز در مرحلهی پیگیری) به عمل آمد.از بین زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی مراجعه کننده به مراکز و کلینیکهای شهر اصفهان 6 زوج (12 نفر) شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در گروههای بسته زوجدرمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجانمدار (جانسون) (3 زوج) و زوج درمانی یکپارچه (3 زوج) گمارده شدند. سپس مداخله به مدت 15 جلسه بسته زوجدرمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجانمدار (جانسون) برای گروه اول و 8 جلسه زوج درمانی یکپارچه برای گروه دوم اجرا شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه کیفیت زناشویی (QMI) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها به روش تحلیل دیداری نمودارها و با استفاده از تعیین درصد بهبودی انجام شد.
یافتهها: هر دو مداخله بسته زوج درمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجان مدار (جانسون) و زوج درمانی یکپارچه بر کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت دارای اثرات ماندگار هستند.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: بسته زوجدرمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجانمدار (جانسون) و زوجدرمانی یکپارچه میتوانند نقش مهمی را در بهبود کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت داشته باشند.
