چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از مهم ترین ابزار پیشگیری از ایدز داشتن آگاهی مناسب است، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دانشکده علوم پزشکی دزفول در مورد بیماری ایدز جهت نیازسنجی آموزشی  قبل از ورودشان به بیمارستان انجام شد.مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر بصورت مقطعی بر روی کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده علوم پزشکی دزفول در سال 1390 انجام شد. نمونه‌ها به صورت سرشماری انتخاب و با پرسشنامه ای (محقق ساخته) شامل 6 سوال مشخصات دموگرافیک ، 19 سوال آگاهی، 12 سوال نگرش،7سوال عملکرد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 18و از طریق آزمون کای اسکوئر، آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن، تی تست و آنالیز واریانس تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: 40 نفر (5/62%) از پاسخ دهندگان مونث بودند. 50 نفر (1/78%) از نمونه ها آگاهی بالایی در مورد  ایدز داشتند، دانشجویان مرد بطور معنی‌داری آگاهی بیشتری از بیماری ایدز داشتند (01/0 = p). بیشترین اطلاعات در مورد بیماری از طریق آموزش‌های مدارس و کتب درسی کسب شده بود. بیش از نیمی از نمونه‌ها نگرش مثبتی نسبت به راه‌کارهای پیشنهادی داشتند که دانشجویان پرستاری نسبت به سایر دانشجویان نمره نگرش بیشتری داشتند (04/0 = p).در بخش عملکرد نیز 3/45 % افراد عملکردی مناسب در رابطه با راههای انتقال داشتند.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:  سطح آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان در مورد بیماری ایدز بالا به نظر می‌رسید اما همچنان تصورات نامناسبی در زمینه راه‌های گسترش، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان، آن هم دانشجویانی که در معرض مستقیم بیماری هستند وجود داشت که برای جبران این کمبودها می‌توان آموزش مناسب در این زمینه را قبل از ورود به عرصه کارآموزی پیشنهاد نمود.

Background: One of the most significant instruments against AIDS is awareness. This study aims to determine awareness, attitude and performance of the students studying at medical college in Dezful. They had studied in terms of their needs analysis before their practical courses in hospital.
Methods: All students in medical school of Dezful participated in this cross-sectional study. Participants were selected by enumeration. They answered the Questionnaire (the researcher made) including 6 items for demographic characteristics, 19 items for awareness, 12 items for attitude and 7 items for performance. The data were collected in the software SPSS ver. 18, analyzed by c2, spearman rank correlation, t-test and ANOVA.
Results: Forty (62.5%) participants were women. Fifty participants (78.1%) were highly aware of the AIDS. Significantly, men had higher awareness than the women (P= 0.01) that they were Learning from schools and‏ ‏textbooks. Moreover, more than a half of the participants had a positive attitude towards the suggested solutions and nursing students had a significantly higher attitude (p=0.04). In performance, 45.3% had appropriate performance in terms of transition of the AIDS.
Conclusion: It seemed that the student’s attitude and performance level was good. But inappropriate imaginations existed in students regarding the transmission, attitude and performance of the students who are exposed to the disease. To compensate these shortages, proper education in the field before entering the training, can be suggested.
