رفتارهای بین حرفه ای پرستاران و پزشکان در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه

چکیده

مقدمه: همکاری بین حرفه ای از جمله استراتژی‌های کلیدی در ارتباطات محسوب می‌شود که خطاهای وارده بر بیمار را به حداقل می‌رساند. لذا سنجش آن به لحاظ سهیم شدن پزشکان و پرستاران در تصمیم‌گیری و همچنین تأثیر آن بر بیمار و کاهش ایجاد ناخوشی در وی اهمیت بسزایی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رفتارهای بین حرفه‌ای پرستاران و پزشکان از دیدگاه پرستاران بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه انجام شد.مواد و روش: مطالعه از نوع مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بود. نمونه گیری به صورت در دسترس انجام شد. 109 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در مطالعه شرکت کردند. پرسشنامه تعیین رفتار بین حرفه ای استیچلر در این مطالعه استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS ویرایش 22و از طریق آزمون تی مستقل، آزمون توکی، همبستگی پیرسون، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه) تجریه و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: دیدگاه پرستاران مشارکت‌کننده در خصوص رفتارهای بین حرفه‌ای پزشکان و پرستاران در حد متوسط (میانگین=22/1±07/46) بود. تعـداد معدودی از پرستاران نیز این ارتباطات را در حد مطلوب یا نامطلوب گزارش کردند. بین رفتار بین حرفه‌ای پرستاران و بیمارستان محل اشتغال آن‌ها تفاوت وجود داشت (0001/0> Pو34/7=F).بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه گویای متوسط بودن رفتارهای بین حرفه‌ای از دیدگاه پرستاران بود. لذا برنامه‌ریزی منسجمی در خصوص ارتقای رفتارهای بین حرفه ای الزام می‌یابد و در این راستا مواردی نظیر برگزاری کارگاه‌ها، دوره‌های آموزشی مشترک بین دانشجویان و اساتید گروه‌های پرستاری و پزشکی جهت شناخت رفتارهای بین حرفه‌ای توصیه می‌شود.
