چکیده

مقدمه: شیوع اختلال طیف اوتیسم  اخیرا رو به افزایش  است و باعث افت عملکرد فرد و مشکلات زیادی در خانواده بیمار می شود. هنوز علت این بیماری ناشناخته است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی فاکتور های اپیدمیولوژی در اختلال اوتیسم در مراجعه کنندگان  به درمانگاه های اعصاب و روان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال 1397 در شیراز صورت گرفت.
روش­ ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی می باشد. تعداد 114 کودک از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردید. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه هایی شامل اطلاعات مادر در زمان بارداری مادر و اطلاعات پدر و فرزند جمع آوری گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که سن 3/54% مادران در زمان تولد نوزاد در محدوده 20-29 سال و 1/32 در صد از پدران بین 30 تا 34 سال بودند. 4/96 درصد از والدین در زمان بارداری مصرف دخانیات و مشروبات نداشته اند. 5/66% از کودکان از طریق سزارین به دنیا آمده اند و وزن8/70 % از نوزادان در  محدوده 2500 تا 3999 گرم بوده است. 75% از مادران در دوران بارداری بدون عوارض بارداری بوده اند و مدت زمان بارداری 8/51% از مادران هفته های 37- 38می باشد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که عوامل اپیدمیولوژیک در کودکان مورد بررسی در محدوده طبیعی قرار داشته اند و نیاز به بررسی های بیشتری جهت بدست اوردن علل این بیماری می باشد.

A Study of Effective Demographic Factors in Autism Spectrum Disorder

Introduction: The prevalence of autism spectrum disorder is increasing recently, leading to a decline in individual performance and many problems in the family. The cause of the disease is still unknown. This study aimed to investigate the epidemiological factors in autism disorder in patients referred to psychiatric clinics of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 1397 in Shiraz.
Methods: This is a descriptive study. A total of 114 children were selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires including maternal information during pregnancy and data related to father and child.
Results: The results showed that 54.3% of mothers who were giving birth were in the range of 20-29 years old and 32.1% of fathers were between 30 and 34 years old. 96.4% of parents did not smoke or drink during pregnancy. 66.5% of children were born by cesarean section and 70.8% of infants’ weight were in the range of 2500 to 3999 grams. 75% of mothers did not report pregnancy complications and 51.8% of the mothers had 38-37 weeks gestation.
Conclusion: The present study showed that the epidemiological factors in these children were in the normal range and more studies are needed to obtain the causes of this disease.
