This phenomenon has become especially important and, by being globalized, it has increasingly affected the health of the workforce. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational changes on occupational stress among nurses considering the moderator role of trust in head nurses. Methods: With regard to the aim of the study, this study is practical and regarding data collection it is a preliminary study and a branch of field studies which was done cross-sectional at eight Tehran University teaching hospitals in 2017. The statistical population of the study was all the nurses working in the teaching hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (16 hospitals). 215 out of 230 nurses were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data collection tool was March Organizational Change Questionnaire (1981), Helicel and Slackome Job Stress Questionnaire (2010), and McCaffrey's Surveillance Trust Questionnaire (2010) whose validity and reliability were confirmed. In data analysis, Pearson Correlation test was used to examine the relationship between variables, structural equation modeling and Bootstrap test were used to measure the fit of the research model and hypotheses test using SPSS 22 and Amos22 software was used. Results: The results showed that the research model has a good fit. If the trust in the head nurse is low, an organizational change with a coefficient of -0.60 at a 95% confidence level affects the nurses’ job stress, and if the trust in the head nurse is high, the effect of organizational change on nurses' job stress in the 95% confidence level is 0.77. Conclusion: Stress can, to a certain extent, have a positive impact on the performance of the individual in an organization, and if it exceeds a certain limit, it has a negative effect on the individual's performance in an organization. Therefore, in general, stress through trust leads to an organizational change.}, keywords = {Organizational change,Nursing job stress,Trust in head nurses}, title_fa = {اثر تحولات سازمانی بر استرس شغلی پرستاران با توجه به نقش تعدیل کننده اعتماد به سرپرستاران}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: یکی از مشکلات اساسی که در طی چند دهه اخیر و با روی آوردن تدریجی جوامع به سمت زندگی مدرن گریبانگیر جوامع بشری شده است، پدیده استرس می‌باشد. این پدیده اهمیت ویژه‌ای یافته است و با جهانی شدن، سلامت شاغلین را تحت تأثیر فزاینده‌ای قرار داده است لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثر تغییر و تحولات سازمانی بر استرس شغلی پرستاران با توجه به نقش تعدیلگر اعتماد به سرپرستاران در نظر گرفته شد.مواد و روش: این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی و از شاخه مطالعات میدانی به شمار می‌آید که به طور مقطعی در سال 1396 در هشت بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش همه‌ی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران به تعداد 16 بیمارستان  می‌باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای مرحله‌ای 215 پرستار از بین 230  نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه  تغییر و تحول سازمانی مارچ (1981)، پرسشنامه استرس شغلی هلریکل و اسلوکوم (2010) و پرسشنامه اعتماد به سرپرستان مک‌کفری (2010) بود که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون برای بررسی رابطه بین متغیرها، روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون بوت‌استراپ جهت سنجش برازش مدل پژوهش و آزمون فرضیه‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 22 و  Amos22استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش خوبی برخوردار است.  در صورتی که اعتماد به سرپرستار در سطح کم باشد تغییر سازمانی با ضریب تأثیر 0.60- در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد بر استرس شغلی پرستاران تأثیر می‌گذارد و در صورتی که اعتماد به سرپرستار در سطح زیاد باشد ضریب تأثیر تغییر سازمانی براسترس شغلی پرستاران در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد معادل 0.77- می‌باشد.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: استرس تا حد خاصی میتواند تاثیر مثبتی بر  عملکرد  فرد  درسازمان داشته باشدو اگر از حد معینی فراتر  رود موجب تاثیر  منفی بر عملکرد  فرد در  سازمان شده.، بنابراین به طور کلی فشار روانی از طریقاعتماد منجر به تغییر و تحول  سازمانی می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {تغییر و تحول سازمانی,استرس شغلی پرستاران,اعتماد به سرپرستاران}, url = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_43970.html}, eprint = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_43970_7dd9955e719c641f215e8f07b3f0cb10.pdf} }
