چکیده

مقدمه: شیوع رفتارهای پرخطر در نوجوانان و جوانان از نگرانی‌های جوامع مختلف محسوب می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر و آسیب‌زا در دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان مبارکه انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان ارجاعی با رفتارهای پرخطر مدارس دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان مبارکه اصفهان به هسته مشاوره آموزش‌وپرورش شهرستان بود. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل ۳۰ دانش‌آموز بودند که به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه ۱۵ نفره آزمایشی و کنترل جایگزین شدند. از مقیاس خطرپذیری نوجوانان ایرانی به‌عنوان پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون (دو هفته بعد از اجرای آزمایش) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را طی ۶ جلسه ۹۰ الی ۱۰۰ دقیقه‌ای دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد.
یافته‌ها: برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد و نتایج به‌دست‌آمده بیانگر کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر (به‌استثنای مصرف الکل) در دانش‌آموزان شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه به میزان 56 درصد بود. (0/01>P). 
نتیجه‌گیری: با درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد توانمندی دانش‌آموزان می‌توان با رفتارهای پرخطر آن‌ها مقابله کرد.
