تدوین و تعیین اثربخشی بسته مشاوره‌ای الگوی تبادل جنسی بر میزان رضایت و صمیمیت جنسی زوج‌های ایرانی

چکیده

مقدمه: رضایت جنسی یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل خوشبختی زندگی زناشویی است و نقش مهمی در سلامت، بهزیستی و کیفیت زندگی افراد یک جامعه دارد. از این رو هدف این مطالعه تدوین و تعیین اثربخشی بسته مشاوره‌ای الگوی تبادل جنسی بر میزان رضایت و صمیمیت جنسی زوج‌های ایرانی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش به شیوه طرح تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی اجرا شد. ابتدا به شیوه کیفی عوامل مؤثر بر تبادل جنسی زوج‌ها استخراج و سپس بسته مشاوره بر اساس آن تدوین گردید. به جهت اعتباریابی کمّی نیز از ضریب نسبی روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوا استفاده شد. برای بخش بعدی پژوهش از روش کاربردی و نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و پیگیری یک‌ماهه با گروه کنترل بهره گرفته شد و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس مکرر و نرم‌افزار SPSS 26 استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مقدار ضریب نسبی روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوایی بالاتر از اندازه موردنیاز (CVR≥49 و 79≤CVI) بود و بسته مشاوره‌ای معتبر شناخته شد. نتایج مرحله بعد نیز نشان داد که بسته مشاوره الگوی تبادل جنسی به‌طور معناداری بر افزایش رضایت جنسی (0/001>P) و افزایش صمیمیت جنسی (0/001>P) مؤثر بود و گروه آزمایش، افزایش معناداری در میزان رضایت و صمیمیت جنسی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به دست آورد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بسته مشاوره الگوی تبادل جنسی معتبر است و می‌تواند سبب افزایش رضایت و صمیمیت جنسی زوج‌های ایرانی شود.
