This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of vitamin D with core stabilization exercise on lipid status in patients with chronic low back pain. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted in women with chronic low back pain. First, 48 patients were selected using the availability sampling method, and then they were randomly divided into four groups: control, exercise, vitamin D, and exercise + vitamin D (combined). Exercise and combination groups performed eight weeks of core stabilization exercises with different levels of Vitamin D, and combined groups received 50,000 IU vitamin D per week. Serum markers of triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and cholesterol-HDL were measured before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed by paired t-test, ANOVA, and Kruskal Wallis tests with a significant level of less than 0.05. Results: The results showed that 74.26% and 25.64% of the patients had deficiency and insufficient vitamin D, respectively. Also, eight weeks of research interventions were associated with a significant reduction in triglyceride levels, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and increased HDL cholesterol. In addition, the effect of the combined intervention was more significant in reducing triglycerides and cholesterol than exercise intervention and in lowering LDL cholesterol and increasing HDL cholesterol compared to the other two interventions (p < 0.05). Conclusion: It seems exercise training, vitamin D intake, and a combination of these non-pharmacological interventions can improve lipid status in patients with chronic low back pain, but combination therapy is more effective.}, keywords = {Exercise therapy,Lipids,Low back pain,Vitamin D}, title_fa = {بررسی اثربخشی کوتاه مدت مصرف ویتامین D همراه با تمرینات ثبات دهنده مرکزی بر وضعیت لیپیدی بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: نقص یا کمبود ویتامینD در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد بسیار شایع است و ارتباط بین کمبود ویتامین D با دردهای اسکلتی-عضلانی مزمن و دیس لیپیدمی مشاهده شده است. لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مصرف ویتامین D همراه با تمرینات ثبات دهنده مرکزی بر وضعیت لیپیدی بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن بود. روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی برروی زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن با میانگین سنی 50/5±59/36 سال انجام شد. ابتدا 48 بیمار بطور دردسترس انتخاب و سپس تصادفی به چهار گروه کنترل، تمرین، ویتامین D و ترکیبی تقسیم شدند. گروههای تمرین و ترکیبی، 8 هفته تمرینات ثبات دهنده مرکزی با سطوح مختلف انجام دادند. گروههای ویتامین D و ترکیبی هفتگی، 50000 واحد ویتامین D دریافت نمودند. شاخصهای سرمی تری گلیسرید، کلسترول تام، کلسترول-LDL و کلسترول-HDL قبل و پس از مداخله ها سنجیده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای t زوجی، آنوا یکطرفه و کروسکال والیس انجام شد(05/0>P). یافته‌ها: 26/74% ، 64/25% از بیماران به ترتیب دارای نقص و سطوح ناکافی ویتامین D بودند. 8 هفته مداخله های تحقیق با کاهش سطوح تری گلیسرید، کلسترول تام، کلسترول-LDL و افزایش کلسترول-HDL همراه بود. بعلاوه تاثیر مداخله ترکیبی در کاستن تری گلیسرید، کلسترول در مقایسه با مداخله تمرینی و کاهش کلسترول-LDL و افزایش کلسترول-HDL در مقایسه با دو مداخله دیگر بیشتر بود (05/0p <). نتیجه گیری: تمرینات ورزشی، مصرف ویتامین D و ترکیبی از این مداخله های غیردارویی میتوانند منجر به بهبود وضعیت لیپیدی در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن شوند اما مداخله ترکیبی با اثربخشی بیشتری همراه می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {ورزش درمانی,لیپیدها,کمردرد مزمن,ویتامین D}, url = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_48168.html}, eprint = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_48168_d368b0f8aa2e5615eb90d9c3331ab3bb.pdf} }
