This study aimed to determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational learning in psychiatric hospitals of Shiraz. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in Shiraz Psychiatric Hospitals in 2020. The study's statistical population included 179 nurses in the mentioned hospitals who participated in the study by the census. Data were collected through standard Sussmaan and Deep organizational climate and Gomez organizational learning questionnaires and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multivariate linear regression in SPSS software, version 23. Results: The participants' mean age and work experience were 34.94 ± 8.44 and 11.82 ± 6.84 years, respectively.According to nurses' perception, there was a positive and significant correlation between organizational learning and organizational learning (p < sub>=0.001, r=0.548). Effective communication (p < 0.001, B=0.442, t=4.698), clarity of objectives (P=0.002, B=0.157, t=1.712) and agreement on procedures (P=0.003, B=0.128, t=1.471), which are among organizational climate dimensions, were identified as organizational learning predictors. This study showed a significant statistical relationship between organizational climate with age and work experience and organizational learning with age and education variables (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Considering the correlation between climate and organizational learning, the predictive role of the three components of effective communication, clarity of goals, and agreement on procedures, hospitals can create a learning organization.}, keywords = {Hospitals,Nurses,Psychiatry,Organizational climate,Organizational Learning}, title_fa = {بررسی جو سازمانی و ارتباط آن با یادگیری سازمانی در بیمارستان‌های اعصاب و روان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: جوسازمانی مطلوب و مورد اعتماد می‌تواند زمینه را برای ایجاد یک سازمان یادگیرنده فراهم سازد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی جو سازمانی و ارتباط آن با یادگیری سازمانی در بیمارستان‌های اعصاب و روان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام‌شده است.روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در بیمارستان‌های اعصاب روان شیراز در سال 1399 انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل پرستاران بیمارستان‌های مذکور بود که بصورت سرشماری (179 نفر) در مطالعه شرکت داشتند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد جوسازمانی Sussmaan و Deep ، و یادگیری سازمانی Gomez  جمع‌آوری و با آزمون‌هایt-test ، ANOVA، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره در ‎‏ نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS23تحلیل گردید.یافته‌ها: میانگین سن و سابقه‌کار شرکت‌کنندگان به ترتیب برابر با 44/8 ± 94/34 و 84/6 ± 82/11 سال بود. بین جوسازمانی با یادگیری سازمانی از دیدگاه پرستاران مورد مطالعه همبستگی مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد (001/0p =  و 548/0r=). ارتباطات اثربخش (698/4t= ،442/0B= ،001/0p <)، وضوح اهداف (712/1t= ،157/0B= ،002/0p =) و توافق بر رویه‌ها (471/1t= ،128/0B= ،003/0p =) از ابعاد جوسازمانی به‌عنوان پیش‌بینی کننده یادگیری سازمانی شناسایی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به همبستگی مثبت بین جو و یادگیری سازمانی و همچنین نقش پیش‌بین سه مولفه ارتباطات اثربخش، وضوح اهداف و توافق بر رویه‌ها، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که که با بازنگری و توجه به جوسازمانی و سه مولفه پیش‌بین یادگیری سازمانی، بیمارستان بتواند در مسیر ایجاد یک سازمان یادگیرنده گام بردارد.}, keywords_fa = {بیمارستان,پرستار,روانپزشکی,جو سازمانی,یادگیری سازمانی}, url = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_48233.html}, eprint = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_48233_db35c69d46299827f2618672820ce380.pdf} }
