چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به گسترش روزافزون استفاده از اینترنت مخصوصاً در میان دانشجویان، پیامدهای ناشی از اینترنت  نیازمند توجه بیشتر مسئولان می باشد. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف ارتباط بین اعتیاد به اینترنت با علائم اضطراب درتعاملات اجتماعی و سبک های مقابله با استرس در بین دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیرازدر سال 1397 انجام گرفته است.
روش ­ها: در یک مطالعه مقطعی و تحلیلی، به بررسی ارتباط بین اعتیاد به اینترنت با علائم اضطراب درتعاملات اجتماعی و سبک های مقابله با استرس در بین دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بر روی 120نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی پرداخته شد. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ های اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ و مقیاس اضطراب تعامل اجتماعی (SIAS) و پرسشنامه مقابله ای بلینگز و موس انجام شد، پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، اطلاعات  به نرم‌افزار SPSS ورژن 21 وارد شدند. در سطح توصیفی با استفاده از مشخصه آماری میانگین، انحراف معیار و در سطح استنباطی جهت تحلیل و تبیین داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید.
یافته­ ها: از بین 120دانشجو مورد بررسی در این پژوهش 3/43 درصد مونث و 7/56 درصد مذکر بوده که 8/30 درصد مقطع علوم پایه و 2/19 درصد مقطع فیزیوپاتولوژی و50 درصد مقطع بالینی بودند. ضمنا تحلیل یافته رابطه مستقیم بین اعتیاد به اینترنت با علائم اضطراب در تعاملات اجتماعی (p =0/001) و رابطه مستقیم بین اعتیاد به اینترنت با سبک های مقابله با استرس
(p =0/001) رانشان دادند. همچنین رابطه مستقیم بین اعتیاد به اینترنت با علائم اضطراب در تعاملات اجتماعی و سبک های مقابله با استرس بر حسب جنسیت در هر دو گروه (p =0/001)، و رابطه مستقیم بین اعتیاد به اینترنت با علائم اضطراب در تعاملات اجتماعی و سبک های مقابله با استرس بر حسب مقطع تحصیلی می‌باشد.
نتیجه­ گیری: بر اساس مطالعات مختلف و همچنین یافته های بدست آمده در این مطالعه در خصوص اعتیاد به اینترنت در دانشجویان پزشکی شیراز، اعتیاد اینترنتی با علائم اضطراب در تعاملات اجتماعی و سبک های مقابله با استرس رابطه مستقیم دارند بنابراین لازم است به منظورکاهش پیامدهای روانشناختی استفاده سوء ازاینترنت تدابیر پایه ای لازم اندیشیده شود.

Evaluating the Relationship between Internet Addiction with Social Interactions Anxiety and Coping Strategies among Shiraz Medical Science University Students in 2018-2019

Introduction: Considering the increasing use of the Internet, especially among students, the Internet-related consequences require more attention from practitioners. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the relationship between Internet addiction and anxiety symptoms in social interactions and coping styles among medical students of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 1397.
Methods: In this descriptive-analytic study, 120 medical students studying at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences were selected. Data were collected using Young's Internet addiction inventory, Blingess and Mouse coping questionnaire, and social interaction anxiety scale (SIAS). Data were collected using SPSS version 21 statistic software package. At the descriptive level, the mean and standard deviation, and at the inferential level, Pearson correlation coefficient were used for analyzing and explaining the data.
Results: Among 120 medical students studied in this research, 43.3% were female and 56.7% were male; 30.8% of them were at basic sciences level, 19.2% at physiopathology, and 50% at clinical. The findings of this study showed that there is a relationship between Internet addiction and anxiety symptoms in social interactions as well as between Internet addiction and stress coping styles. In addition, there was a direct relationship between Internet addiction and anxiety symptoms in social interactions and stress coping styles based on students’ gender and their educational level.
Conclusion: According to the various studies as well as the findings of this study, there is a direct relationship between students’ Internet addiction and anxiety symptoms in social interactions and coping styles. Therefore, in order to reduce the psychological consequences of Internet abuse, basic measures should be taken.
