چکیده

مقدمه: سلامت دهان و دندان می‌تواند عملکرد کودکان را در مدرسه و موفقیتشان را در آینده تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی تلاش می‌کند تا رفتارهای بهداشتی را با تمرکز بر اعتقادات و نگرش‌های افراد توصیف کند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای بهداشت دهان و دندان و الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی دانش‌آموزان دختر انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 140دانش‌آموزان پایه پنجم شهر اهواز به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات مربوط به رفتارهای بهداشتی و الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی در دو گروه قبل و بعد از 8 هفته جمع‌آوری شد. برنامه آموزش بهداشت دهان و دندان مبتنی بر سازه‌های الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی به روش سخنرانی، بحث گروهی در 5 جلسه آموزشی انجام شد. داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 و آزمون تی مستقل و تی زوجی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: قبل از انجام مداخله؛ 6/58 درصد گروه آزمون و9/62 درصد گروه کنترل گاهی اوقات و 4/41 درصد گروه آزمون و1/37درصد گروه کنترل یکبار در روز مسواک می‌زدند. 60 درصد دانش‌آموزان در گروه آزمون و3/34درصد آنها در گروه کنترل از نخ دندان استفاده نمی‌کردند همچنین 40 درصد از دانش‌آموزان در گروه آزمون و 7/65 درصد آنان در گروه کنترل گاهی از نخ دندان استفاده می‌کردند. پس از انجام مداخله،  6/98 درصد گروه آزمون و6/38 درصد گروه کنترل یکبار در طول روز دندان‌هایشان را مسواک می‌زدند. همچنین 80 درصد آنها در گروه آزمون یکبار در طول روز از نخ دندان استفاده می‌کردند. نتایج نشان داد که بعد از مداخله میانگین نمره رفتارهای بهداشتی (مسواک زدن و نخ دندان کشیدن) (001/0=P) و سازه‌های الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی شامل شدت درک شده، حساسیت درک شده، موانع درک شده، منافع درک شده، راهنمایی برای عمل و خودکارآمدی درک شده (05/0>P) در دو گروه آزمون وکنترل تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی کارایی لازم را در خصوص ارتقاء رفتارهای بهداشتی دهان و دندان دارد. لذا استفاده از این الگو جهت آموزش دانش‌آموزان در مدارس پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

The Effect of Training on Students’ Oral and Dental Health Behaviors and Health Belief Model Constructs

چکیده [English]

Background: Oral and dental health can be effective in children’s performance at school and their success in future. Health belief model describes health behaviors based on individuals’ beliefs and attitudes. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of training based on health belief model on girl students’ oral and dental health behaviors and health belief models.
 Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 140 students of the fifth grade of primary school in Ahvaz were randomly divided into an intervention and a control group. The information about health behaviors and health belief model was gathered before the study and after 8 weeks. Oral and dental health training based on the health belief model constructs was conducted in 5 sessions through lecture and group discussion. After all, the data were entered into the SPSS statistical software (v. 21) and analyzed using independent and paired t-test.
 Results: Before the intervention, 58.6% of the intervention group students and 62.9% of the control group ones sometimes brushed their teeth. In addition, 41.4% of the students in the intervention group and 37.1% of those in the control group brushed their teeth once a day. Besides, 60% of the intervention group students and 34.3% of control group ones did not use dental floss. Also, 40% of the students in the intervention group and 65.7% of those in the control group sometimes used dental floss. After the intervention, 98.6% of the intervention group students and 38.6% of the control group ones brushed their teeth once a day. Additionally, 80% of the students in the intervention group used dental floss in a day. The results revealed a significant difference between the two groups regarding the mean score of health behaviors (brushing teeth and using dental floss) (P=0.001) and the constructs health belief model including perceived intensity, perceived sensitivity, perceived barriers, perceived benefits, guidance for action, and perceived self-efficacy (P<0.05).
