چکیده
مقدمه: نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از ضربه حساسیت بیشازحدی نسبت به خطرات محیطی دارند و در هیجانها و خودگردانی تحصیلی با مشکلاتی روبرو هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر تروما بر هیجان و خودگردانی تحصیلی نوجوانان دختر با علائم بالینی اختلال استرس پس از ضربه انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش در این مطالعه، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون – پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود و در آن 20 نفر از دختران PTSD دوره اول متوسطه شهر زاهدان در سال 1400 به شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش (10 نفر) و کنترل (10 نفر) جایدهی شدند. درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر تروما طی 11 جلسه نوددقیقهای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه هیجانات تحصیلی پکران و همکاران (2002)، پرسشنامه استرس پس از سانحه (PTSD) کیانو همکاران (1987) و خودگردانی تحصیلی زیمرمن و مارتینز – پونز (1986) بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس تک و چند متغیره استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که تفاوت مشاهدهشده بین میانگینهای نمرات هیجانات تحصیلی و خودگردانی تحصیلی گروه آزمایش – کنترل در مرحله پسآزمون با 95 درصد اطمینان معنیدار (0/05>P) و میزان تأثیر درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر تروما برای هیجانات مثبت تحصیلی 0/76، هیجانات منفی تحصیلی 0/65 و خودگردانی تحصیلی 0/78 بوده است.
نتیجهگیری: برای کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی نوجوانان با علائم بالینی اختلال استرس پس از ضربه میتوان از درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر تروما بهره گرفت.
