چکیده

مقدمه: مشارکت مردان در برنامه‌های بهداشت باروری یکی از جنبه‌های مهم حقوق بهداشت باروری می‌باشد. بدون مشارکت فعال مردان اهداف مهم بهداشت باروری محقق نخواهد شد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی دیدگاه مردان شرکت‌کننده در یک برنامه آموزشی مشاوره قبل از ازدواج در مورد این برنامه آموزشی انجام شد.مواد و روش: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی انجام شد. 104 نفر از مردان در شرف ازدواج که جهت شرکت در جلسه آموزشی مشاوره قبل از ازدواج به مرکز بهداشتی – درمانی فیاض بخش گناباد مراجعه نموده بودند با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری آسان انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه‌ای در مورد ارزیابی دیدگاه مردان در مورد برنامه های تنظیم خانواده و جلسه آموزشی توسط نمونه‌ها تکمیل شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات توسط نرم فزار SPSS19 انجام شد.یافته‌ها: اکثریت نمونه‌ها (6/46 درصد) لزوم برگزاری جلسات آموزشی مرتبط با تنظیم خانواده را خیلی زیاد و 5/65 درصد آنها میزان اطلاعات خود در مورد روش‌های تنظیم خانواده را در حد زیاد ارزیابی کردند. منبع کسب اطلاعات در مورد روش‌های تنظیم خانواده در اکثر نمونه‌ها (53 درصد) کتاب و لوح‌های فشرده آموزشی بود. 1/48 درصد آنها کیفیت جلسه آموزشی را خوب ارزیابی نمودند و 69 درصد آنها تاثیر این جلسه آموزشی در افزایش میزان اطلاعات خود را در سطح زیاد ارزیابی نمودند. 59 درصد معتقد بودندکه شرکت در این جلسه آموزشی باعث بهبود روابط صحیح آنها با همسرشان خواهد شد و 64 درصد نمونه ها نیز کاربرد مطالب ارائه شده در این جلسه آموزشی را جهت شروع زندگی مشترک در حد متوسط ارزیابی نمودند.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که اکثر مردان به تاثیر مثبت جلسات آموزشی تنظیم خانواده بر افزایش اطلاعات خود اذعان داشته و نیاز به جلسات بیشتر و همچنین مشاوره خصوصی تنظیم خانواده را بیان داشتند. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود علاوه بر افزایش تعداد جلسات آموزشی مرتبط با تنظیم خانواده، امکان انجام مشاوره خصوصی در صورت تقاضای مراجعه‌کنندگان فراهم شود.

Viewpoint of Men Participating in a Family Planning Educational Program Regarding its Necessity and Quality: A Step towards Involvement of Men in Reproductive Health Programs

Background: Men’s involvement in reproductive health programs is one of the most important principles in reproductive health and the important goals of reproductive health will not be achieved without their involvement. This study aimed to evaluate the viewpoints of men participating in a family planning educational program in this regard. 
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 104 men referring to Fayaz Bakhsh health center, Gonabad, Iran to participate in premarital counseling. The subjects were selected through convenience sampling. They were required to complete a questionnaire evaluating their viewpoints about family planning and the training session. Then, the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software, version 19.
Results: Most of the participants (46.6%) referred to necessity of family planning programs and 65.5% of them believed that they had much information about family planning. The sources of information about family planning were books and CDs in 53% of the samples. Moreover, 48.1% of the participants mentioned the high quality of the training session and 69% of them reported that this session was highly effective in increasing their information about family planning. Furthermore, 59% of the subjects believed that this session would improve their relationships with their spouses and 64%of them indicated that the contents of this session were moderately applicable for beginning of marital life.
Conclusion: According to the findings, the majority of the men declared the effectiveness of this session in increasing their information about family planning as well as their need for more sessions and privet counseling. Thus, health centers are recommended to increase the number of training sessions and also prepare a suitable place for privet family planning counseling.
