چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به دوره نوجوانی از لحاظ شکل­گیری هویت، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر فرآیند خودشناسی، میزان تعهد و روابط موضوعی بر شکل-گیری هویت نوجوانان انجام گرفت. این متغیرها مهم­ترین ابعاد شکل­گیری هویت نوجوانان به شمار می‌روندمواد و روش: در این پژوهش علی- مقایسه‌ای، تعداد 36 نفر دانشجوی 18 تا 22 از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پس از همتاسازی، دانشجویان بر اساس سبک هویت در سه گروه مستقل جایگزین شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه­ ‌روابط‌ موضوعی‌ بل، مقیاس خودشناسی انسجامی قربانی و پرسشنامه سبک هویت برزونسکی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون مانوا، تحلیل واریانس یک­راهه، و آزمون تعقیبی شفه تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه­های مختلف سبک هویت (اطلاعاتی، هنجاری و سردرگم) از نظر خودشناسی انسجامی، میزان تعهد، بی­کفایتی اجتماعی، بیگانگی، و دلبستگی­ناایمن تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود داشت. بدین­صورت که سبک هویت اطلاعاتی از نظر خودشناسی انسجامی و میزان تعهد جایگاه بالاتری نسبت به سبک هویت سردرگم و سبک هویت هنجاری داشت. در حالی که نمره دانشجویان با سبک هویت سردرگم از نظر بی­کفایتی اجتماعی، بیگانگی و دلبستگی ناایمن بالاتر از سبک هویت اطلاعاتی و هنجاری بود. علاوه بر این نتایج پژوهش حاضر گویای آن بود که از نظر خودمیان­بینی بین سه گروه سبک هویت تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت.بحث و نتیجه­گیری: نتایج حاضر بیانگر تاثیرمعنادار فرآیند خودشناسی، میزان تعهد و مولفه­های روابط موضوعی بر شکل‌گیری هویت نوجوانان بود. این نتایج علاوه بر افزایش دانش نظری در مورد نوجوانی و عوامل تاثیرگذار بر شکل­گیری هویت می­تواند در تهیه بسته آموزشی و درمانی شکل­گیری هویت موفق نوجوان ایرانی مورد توجه متخصصان و دست­اندرکاران امر آموزش و درمان نوجوانان قرار گیرد.

Investigation of the Role of Self-Knowledge, Commitment, and Object Relations in Adolescents’ Identity Formation

Background and Objectives: Given the significance of adolescence in formation of identity, this study aimed to investigate the impact of self-knowledge, extent of commitment, and object relations on identity formation in adolescents. These variables are the most important dimensions of identity formation among adolescents.
Methods: This causal-comparative study was conducted on 36 students aged 18 to 22 years selected through convenience sampling. After matching, the students were divided into three groups based on their identities. The data were collected using Bell’s Object Relations and Reality Testing Inventory, Ghorbani’s Integrative Self-Knowledge Scale, and Berzonsky’s Identity Style Inventory. Then, the data were entered into the SPSS statistical software and were analyzed using MANOVA, one-way ANOVA, and Sheffe’s post-hoc test.
Results: The results revealed significant differences among the study groups in terms of integrative self-knowledge, commitment, social incompetence, and insecure attachment. Accordingly, the participants with informational style showed the highest degree of integrative self-knowledge and commitment, while those with diffuse/avoidant style were more socially incompetent, alienated, and insecurely attached compared to the other two styles. However, no significant differences were found among the three groups with regard to egocentrism.
Conclusion: The results indicated that the individuals with various identity styles were different regarding commitment, social incompetence, and insecure attachment. In fact, these factors play a critical role in identity formation. Therefore, they can be used by experts and authorities to prepare educational or treatment packages to create successful identities in Iranian adolescents.
