چکیده

مقدمه: سرعت پیشرفت در آموزش پزشکی، خلاقیت در تکنولوژی، و محدودیت زمان برای کارهای جدید، چشم‌انداز جدیدی در آموزش پزشکی ایجاد کرده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در یادگیری از طریق تلفن همراه در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور است.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به‌صورت مقطعی توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل 200 نفر از متخصصان گروه‌های مختلف پزشکی بودند که با روش سهمیه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. با تحلیل متون و مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران، مؤلفه‌های آموزش سیار استخراج و روایی صوری و محتوایی با نظر خبرگان علوم پزشکی تعیین شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالای 7/0 بود و پایایی پرسشنامه تأیید شد. تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب رگرسیون چند متغیره و تی مستقل با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: بیشترین مؤلفه مؤثر بر زیرساخت آموزش سیار، تأمین اعتبارات (188/0=β) و بیشترین مؤلفه مؤثر بر بٌعد ابزار و تجهیزات، تهیه انواع نرم‌افزارها (312/0=β) و بیشترین مؤلفه تأثیرگذار بر بٌعد توانمندی و انگیزش نیروی انسانی، توانمندسازی (175/0=β) و بیشترین مؤلفه تأثیرگذار بر بٌعد برنامه‌ریزی و سازمان‌دهی، برنامه‌ریزی درسی (95/0=β)، بود. در سطح اطمینان 99%، تمامی معیارها اختلاف معناداری با مقدار متوسط داشتند که بیانگر تناسب مدل طبق تمام معیارها بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با افزایش به‌کارگیری فن‌آوری اینترنت، یادگیری الکترونیکی در آموزش عالی نقش اصلی را بازی می کند. به‌کارگیری آموزش سیار و شیوه‌های نوین می‌تواند نواقص و محدودیت‌های یادگیری حضوری را جبران نماید و ایده یادگیری در هر زمان و مکان را عملی سازد.

Introduction: Rapid advancement in medical education and technological innovation, coupled with limited time for new work, have ushered in a fresh perspective. This study aims to identify the factors influencing learning via mobile phones in medical science universities.
Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional survey study involved 200 specialists from various medical groups, selected through random quota sampling. Mobile education components were extracted through text analysis and expert interviews, and content validity was established based on the medical experts’ opinions. A Cronbach’s alpha above 0.7 confirmed the reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multivariate regression and independent sample t-test with SPSS-23.
Results: The most influential component of the infrastructure of mobile education was the provision of credits. In the dimension of tools and equipment, the provision of various software emerged as the most effective component. Empowerment was the most effective component in the ability dimension and human resource motivation, while curriculum planning was the most influential component in the planning and organization dimension. At the 99% confidence level, all criteria significantly differed from the average value, indicating the model’s appropriateness according to all criteria.
Conclusion: With the growing use of Internet technology, e-learning has assumed a pivotal role in higher education. The adoption of mobile education and innovative methods can facilitate learning anytime, anywhere, and compensate for the shortcomings and limitations of traditional learning.
