چکیده

مقدمه: افشای خیانت تاثیرات مخرب و تکان دهنده‌ای بر خانواده می‌گذارد ومی‌تواند آن قدر شدید و غیر قابل کنترل باشد که در عملکرد روزانه و تمرکز اعضای خانواده، اختلال ایجاد کند و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی را به خطر بیاندازد. بنابراین اعمال مداخلاتی جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت، از مهمترین اقدامات روانشناسان است؛ لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر هم‌سنجی تاثیر بسته زوج درمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجان مدار (جانسون) و زوج درمانی یکپارچه بر کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع روش نیمهتجربیباطرحتک آزمودنی است که در آن از طرحA B  استفاده شد. در این پژوهش12 بار اندازه‌گیری (4 ‌بار به عنوان خط پایه، 4 بار طی درمان و 4 ‌بار نیز در مرحله‌ی پیگیری) به عمل آمد.از بین زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی مراجعه کننده به مراکز و کلینیک‌های شهر اصفهان 6 زوج (12 نفر) شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در گروه­های بسته زوج‌درمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجان‌مدار (جانسون) (3 زوج) و زوج درمانی یکپارچه (3 زوج) گمارده شدند. سپس مداخله به مدت 15 جلسه بسته زوج‌درمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجان‌مدار (جانسون) برای گروه اول و 8 جلسه زوج درمانی یکپارچه برای گروه دوم اجرا شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه کیفیت زناشویی (QMI) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل دیداری نمودارها و با استفاده از تعیین ‌درصد بهبودی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: هر دو مداخله بسته زوج درمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجان مدار (جانسون) و زوج درمانی یکپارچه بر کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت دارای اثرات ماندگار هستند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بسته زوج‌درمانی تلفیقی سیستمی (بوئن) و هیجان‌مدار (جانسون) و زوج‌درمانی یکپارچه می‌توانند نقش مهمی را در بهبود کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین آسیب دیده از خیانت داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Exposing infidelity has devastating and shocking effects on the family and it can be so severe and uncontrollable that it disrupts the daily functioning and concentration of family members and endangers the quality of marital life. Therefore, interventions to improve the marital quality of married couples affected by infidelity are among the most important actions of psychologists. To this end, the aim of this study wasto compare the effectiveness of combined systemic couple therapy (Bowen) and emotion-focused therapy (Johnson) packagesand integrated couple therapy on the quality of marital life of couples affected by infidelity.
Methods: The present study is a quasi-experimental design with single-subject design in which A-B design was used. In this study, 12 measurements (4 times as baseline, 4 times during treatment, and 4 times as follow-up) were performed. Six couples (12 persons) were selected by purposive sampling from couples who experienced meta-marital relationship referring to Isfahan centers and clinics and were randomly divided into two groups: combined systemic couple therapy (Bowen) and emotion-focused therapy (Johnson) packages(3 couples) and integrated couple therapy (3 couples). Then, the intervention was administered for 15 sessions of combined systemic couple therapy (Bowen) and emotion-focused therapy (Johnson) for the first group and 8 sessions of integrated couple therapy for the second group. Research instruments included Quality Marital inventory. Data analysis was done by visual analysis of graphs using the percentage of improvement.
Results: Both combined systemic couple therapy (Bowen) and emotion-focused therapy (Johnson) packagesand integrated couple therapy had lasting effects on the quality of marital life of the married couples affected by infidelity.
Discussion & Conclusion: Combined systemic couple therapy (Bowen) and emotion- focused therapy (Johnson) packagesand integrated couple therapy can all play an important role in improving the quality of marital life of the couples affected by infidelity.
