چکیده

مقدمه:  مراقبت از بیمار مبتلا به اختلال روانی مسؤولیتی است که بار روانی زیادی برای اعضای خانواده به همراه دارد. در سال های اخیر به روان درمانی ها به ویژه مداخله های روانی- اجتماعی در کنار دارو درمانی بیشتر توجه شده است. از جمله این مداخلات آموزش های روانی خانواده محور است. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین اثربخشی مداخله روانی آموزشی بر بار روانی مراقبان خانگی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دو قطبی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی است که در بیمارستان اعصاب و روان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر در سال ۱۳97 انجام گردید. نمونه های پژوهش شامل 31 نفر از مراقبان اصلی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی بودند که در 6 جلسه آموزش گروهی شرکت کردند. قبل و بعد از مداخله پرسشنامه بار روانی زاریت توسط مراقبان به صورت خودایفا تکمیل گردید. داده های به دست آمده توسط نرم افزار آماری spss-19 و آزمون های آماری کای اسکوئر، همبستگی پیرسون و تی زوجی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین سن مراقبان 62/12± 77/45 بود. میانگین بار روانی مراقبان بیماران در پیش آزمون 73/14± 45/66  بود. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که پس از شرکت در جلسات آموزشی میانگین بار روانی در مراقبان با میانگین 53/10± 38/49 به طور معنی داری کاهش یافته بود(001/0< P).
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی مداخله روانی آموزشی بر بار روانی مراقبان خانگی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی پیشنهاد می شود که از الگوی مداخلات روانی آموزشی در بخش های روانپزشکی جهت مراقبان خانگی بیماران دوقطبی استفاده نمایند.

The Effectiveness of Psycho-educational Intervention on the Burden of Family Caregivers of Patients with Bipolar Disorder

Background: Caring for a patient with a mental disorder is a responsibility that has a lot of psychological burden for family members. In recent years, psychotherapy, especially psychosocial interventions, along with drug therapy has been given greater attention. One of these family-based interventions is the psycho-educational intervention of the family. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of psycho-educational intervention on the burden of family caregivers of patients with bipolar disorder.
Methods: This is a quasi-experimental study conducted in the psychiatric hospital affiliated to Bushehr University of Medical Sciences in 2018. The research sample consisted of 31 main caregivers of patients with bipolar disorder who participated in 6 group training sessions. Before and after the intervention, Zarit psychological burden questionnaire was completed by caregivers. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19 software, Chi-square, Pearson correlation, and T-test.
Results: The mean age of caregivers was 45.77 ± 12.62. The mean psychosocial burden of caregivers in the pretest was 66.45 ± 14.73. The results of the study showed that after participating in educational sessions, the average of psychological burden in caregivers with mean of 38.3 ± 10.53 was significantly decreased (P = 0.000).
Conclusion: Considering the effectiveness of psycho-educational interventions on the burden of family caregivers in patients with bipolar disorder, it is suggested to use psycho-educational interventions in psychiatric wards for caregivers in bipolar patients.
