چکیده
مقدمه: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین فرهنگ سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی اعضای تیم جراحی طراحی گردید.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه، مقطعی و روی 200 نفر از اعضای تیم جراحی بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1398 انجام شد. برای نمونهگیری ابتدا نمونهگیری خوشهای و سپس طبقهبندی با تخصیص متناسب انجام گرفت. بهمنظور جمعآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، فرهنگ سازمانی رابینز و تعهد سازمانی آلن و میر استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری t مستقل، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آنالیز واریانس استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: میانگین سنی افراد شرکتکننده در مطالعه 8/21±34/37 سال بود که اکثریت آنها را زنان (62/5 درصد) تشکیل میدادند. در مطالعه حاضر همبستگی معنادار و مستقیم بین فرهنگ سازمانی اتاق عمل و تعهد سازمانی تیم جراحی (r=0/483, P<0/001) وجود داشت. بین فرهنگ سازمانی و جنسیت (0/033=P) ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت و میانگین آن در مردان بیشتر از زنان بود. همچنین بین تعهد سازمانی و سابقه کار نیز همبستگی معناداری (0/048=P) وجود داشت، بهگونهای که افراد باسابقه کاری کمتر، تعهد سازمانی بالاتری داشتند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به همبستگی مثبتی که بین فرهنگ سازمانی اتاق عمل و تعهد سازمانی تیم جراحی وجود دارد، میتوان با تولید فرهنگ سازمانی مناسب در اتاق عمل به ایجاد تعهد سازمانی در اعضای تیم جراحی کمک کرد.
