تاثیر آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر امیدواری معتادان در حال ترک مراجعه کننده به مرکز روانپزشکی زاهدان
مقدمه: بیتوجهی به مسائل روانشناختی از عواملی است که منجر به بازگشت افراد پس از ترک به سمت مصرف مجدد آن میشود. توجه به مولفه امید میتواند عامل انگیزشی در حفظ و استمرار شرایط جدید برای افرادی که مواد را ترک میکنند، باشد لذا این مطالعه با هدف ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎی زﻧﺪﮔﻲ بر امیدواری افراد مراجعه کننده جهت ترک به مرکز روانپزشکی شهر زاهدان انجام شد.مواد و روش: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی ۹۰ نفر از افراد معتاد مراجعه کننده برای ترک به مرکز روانپزشکی شهر زاهدان انتخاب شدند. ۴۵نفر در گروه مداخله و ۴۵ نفر در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه امید میلر بود. گروه مداخله مهارتهای زندگی را در ۴جلسه طی یک هفته به صورت گروهی دریافت کردند. مجدداً پس از 8 هفته از پایان مداخله، دوباره پرسشنامهها توسط هر دو گروه تکمیل شد. تحلیل دادهها با نرم افزار SPSS و آزمونهای آماری تی مستقل، تی زوجی و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد.یافتهها: میانگین نمره امید قبل از آموزش در گروه مداخله و کنترل به ترتیب ۶۸/۲۲± ۲۵/۱۸۰ و ۸۲/۲۴± ۰۸/۱۷۰ بود. بعد از مداخله در گروه مداخله به ۵۳/۳۰±۷۷/۱۹۹ افزایش و در گروه کنترل به ۹۳/۲۱±۲۰/۱۶۶ کاهش یافت. بدین ترتیب آموزش مهارتهای زندگی به طور معناداری منجر به افزایش امید در گروه مداخله گردید(۰۵/۰ > P).بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد آموزش مهارتهای زندگی منجر به افزایش میزان امید در افراد درحال ترک میشود. با توجه به این که ارتقا امید از عوامل بازدارنده مصرف مجدد مواد میباشد، توصیه میشود در مراکز درمانی ترک اعتیاد، آمورش مهارتهای زندگی در برنامههای آموزشی این افراد گنجانده شود.

اثربخشی کتاب درمانی بر میزان ترس از محیط های درمانی در کودکان مبتلا به سرطان
مقدمه: ابتلا به سرطان و درمانهای طولانیمدت و دردآور آن می تواند تاثیرات روانشناختی عمیقی بر کودکان داشته باشد. از سویی دیگر، نیاز به بستری شدن مکرر، مشکلاتی مانند ترس از محیط بیمارستان را به همراه دارد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر کتابداستاندرمانی بر ترس از محیطهای درمانی، در کودکان مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد.مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه-تجربی است. بیست کودک 5 تا 7 ساله مبتلا به سرطان در بیمارستان امیر شیراز در سال1395، با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و با روش بلوک تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش، سیاهه وارسی ترس از محیط بیمارستان (Hospital Fears Rating Scale) بود. داستانخوانی، برای گروه آزمایش در 15 جلسه 30 دقیقهای طی دوماه، انجام شد. قبل و دوماه پس از مداخله، والدین در هر دو گروه پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ویرایش 16، با آزمون های توصیفی و t زوجی و وابسته آنالیز شدند. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که میانگین نمره ترس کودکان مبتلا به سرطان از محیطهای درمانی در گروه آزمایش قبل (9/5 ±8/28) و بعداز انجام مداخله (001/0≥ p ،65/5±7/23) متفاوت بود. همچنین میانگین نمره ترس کودکان از محیط های درمانی بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل (001/0= p ،58/5±5/27) بعد از انجام مداخله متفاوت بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: کتابدرمانی با داستانخوانی به صورت انفرادی، در کاهش ترس کودکان مبتلا به سرطان از محیطهای درمانی تاثیر مثبتی دارد. بنابراین می توان کاربرد آن را در محیط های درمانی کودکان مبتلا به سرطان توصیه کرد.

توانمندی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری بعد از تجربه برنامه پرسپترشیپ
مقدمه: برخورداری از توانمندی حرفهای با عملکردها مرتبط بوده و منجر به افزایش سلامت عمومی بیماران می شود. به علاوه کاهش سطح توانمندی در پرستاری یکی از نگرانیهای مهم است. لزوم انجام بررسی توانمندی بالینی در دانشجویان پرستاری دارای اهمیت است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی توانمندی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری و عوامل مرتبط با آن بعد از تجربه برنامه پرسپترشیپ صورت گرفت.مواد و روش: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی روی 114 دانشجوی پرستاری که برنامه پرسپترشیپ را تجربه کرده بودند، انجام شد. از فهرست توانمندی دانشجویان پرستاری جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 انجام شد. از آمار استنباطی تی تست و آنوا برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات استفاده شد.یافتهها: میانگین نمره توانمندی دانشجویان بعد از تجربه برنامه پرسپترشیپ 56/39±48/240 بود. به علاوه میانگین تک تک گویه ها 89/0±46/5 بود. به علاوه بین توانمندی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری با سن، محل گذراندن کارآموزی/کارورزی با پرسپتر، تعداد غیبت در طول دوره، تمایل به ادامه تحصیل و میزان علاقه دانشجو به رشته ارتباط وجود داشت (05/0>p).بحث و نتیجهگیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که توانمندی دانشجویان پرستاری بعد از تجربه برنامه پرسپترشیپ در حد رضایت بخش تا بالا بود، لذا به منظور ارتقا توانمندی دانشجویان اجرای این برنامه پیشنهاد میگردد.

مقدمه: ساختار سازمان جهت پیادهسازی و اجرای استراتژی سازمان شکل میگیرد و برای بقای سازمان توجه به رابطه این دو ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین ساختار با استراتژی سازمانی در بیمارستانهای آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام گرفت.مواد و روش: این مطالعه مقطعی به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی در ده بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام در سال 1395 شد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران داخلی، اداری، مالی و حسابداری، و مدیران پرستاری بود که تعداد 40 نفر (4 نفر از هر بیمارستان) به صورت سرشماری انتخاب و در مطالعه شرکت کردند. جهت گرداوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد، ساختار سازمانی رابینز و استراتژی اسنو-مایلز استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آماره های توصیفی و آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن تحلیل شد.یافتهها: از بین ابعاد ساختار سازمانی، هر سه مولفه رسمیت(25/3 ± 40/23)، پیچیدگی (15/3 ± 82/20)و تمرکز(26/5 ± 32/30) در بیمارستانهای موردمطالعه در سطح بالایی قرار گرفتند. استراتژی غالب در بیمارستانها از نوع تحلیلی بود. بین استراتژی غالب و ابعاد رسمیت(03/0p=) و پیچیدگی(02/0P=) رابطه معناداری وجود داشت. ضریب همبستگی بین استراتژی سازمانی و ساختار سازمانی 194/0 بود که رابطه آنها معنادار نبود (23/0P=).بحث و نتیجهگیری: بین استراتژی سازمانی و ساختار سازمانی رابطه معنادار آماری مشاهده نشد. با توجه به نتایج، اگر بیمارستانهای مورد مطالعه از استراتژی تحلیلی پیروی کنند باید از میزان پیچیدگی و تمرکز خود کاسته و کنترل شدید بر فعالیت های جاری و کنترل محدود بر فعالیت های جدید داشت باشند.

آسیب شناسی سازمانی در ستاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بر اساس الگوی سه شاخگی
مقدمه: آسیبشناسی صحیح و به هنگام در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی، یکی از مهمترین اقداماتی است که باعث میشود مسئولان دانشگاهها همواره از نقاط قوت، نقاط ضعف، فرصتها و چالشهای موجود در سازمان خود مطلع باشند و اقدامات لازم را به کار گیرند. این پژوهش با هدف آسیبشناسی سازمانی در ستاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام شد.مواد و روش: این پژوهش از نوع مقطعی بود. 200نفر از کارکنان ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز، در مطالعه شرکت کردند. روش نمونهگیری به صورت طبقهای تصادفی متناسب بود. اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامه آسیبشناسی سازمانی با استفاده از مدل سه شاخگی جمعآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد.یافتهها: عوامل رفتاری با میانگین امتیاز 73/2 و عوامل زمینهای با میانگین امتیاز 34/3 به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تأثیر را در ایجاد آسیبهای سازمانی در ستاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز داشتند. از بین زیرشاخه های عوامل ساختاری، سیستم پرداخت با میانگین رتبه 5/2 و میانگین 72/0±21/2 و سطح معنیداری 001/0>، از بین زیرشاخه های عوامل رفتاری، امنیت شغلی با میانگین رتبه 03/2، میانگین 93/0±28/2 و سطح معنیداری 001/0> و از بین زیرشاخه های عوامل زمینهای، پیمانکاران و مشاوران با میانگین رتبه 31/1، میانگین 70/0±07/3 و سطح معنی داری 19/0 بیشترین تأثیر را در آسیبشناسی دانشگاه داشتند.بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به این که عوامل رفتاری بیشترین تاثیر را در ایجاد آسیبها نشان داد به نظر می رسد دانشگاه بایستی برنامهها و سیاستهای خود را در ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی مناسب، انگیزش و رضایت شغلی، اعمال رهبری اثربخش، فراهمسازی فرصتهایی برای آموزش و شکوفایی کارکنان و ایجاد امنیت شغلی ارتقا دهد. البته حل بعضی از این مسائل فراتر از اختیارات دستگاههای اجرایی می باشد و در این زمینه نقش نهادهای کلان در کشور از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است.

رفتارهای بین حرفه ای پرستاران و پزشکان در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه
مقدمه: همکاری بین حرفه ای از جمله استراتژیهای کلیدی در ارتباطات محسوب میشود که خطاهای وارده بر بیمار را به حداقل میرساند. لذا سنجش آن به لحاظ سهیم شدن پزشکان و پرستاران در تصمیمگیری و همچنین تأثیر آن بر بیمار و کاهش ایجاد ناخوشی در وی اهمیت بسزایی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رفتارهای بین حرفهای پرستاران و پزشکان از دیدگاه پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه انجام شد.مواد و روش: مطالعه از نوع مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بود. نمونه گیری به صورت در دسترس انجام شد. 109 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در مطالعه شرکت کردند. پرسشنامه تعیین رفتار بین حرفه ای استیچلر در این مطالعه استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS ویرایش 22و از طریق آزمون تی مستقل، آزمون توکی، همبستگی پیرسون، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه) تجریه و تحلیل شد.یافتهها: دیدگاه پرستاران مشارکتکننده در خصوص رفتارهای بین حرفهای پزشکان و پرستاران در حد متوسط (میانگین=22/1±07/46) بود. تعـداد معدودی از پرستاران نیز این ارتباطات را در حد مطلوب یا نامطلوب گزارش کردند. بین رفتار بین حرفهای پرستاران و بیمارستان محل اشتغال آنها تفاوت وجود داشت (0001/0> Pو34/7=F).بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه گویای متوسط بودن رفتارهای بین حرفهای از دیدگاه پرستاران بود. لذا برنامهریزی منسجمی در خصوص ارتقای رفتارهای بین حرفه ای الزام مییابد و در این راستا مواردی نظیر برگزاری کارگاهها، دورههای آموزشی مشترک بین دانشجویان و اساتید گروههای پرستاری و پزشکی جهت شناخت رفتارهای بین حرفهای توصیه میشود.
