To date, resistance rate of uropathogenic E. coli against different antimicrobial agents is a global health concern. The present study aimed to detect sul1, sul2, and int1 genes in the uropathogenic E. coli strains by Multiplex-PCR and their antibiotic susceptibility patterns. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in Tehran, Iran from March to July 2015. Antibiotic susceptibility test was performed by disk diffusion method. After biochemical and microbiological tests, all the isolates were tested regarding the presence of sul1, sul2, and int1 genes by Multiplex-PCR. Results: Overall, 60 (100%) E. coli strains were collected from 60 urine samples suspected to UTI. Distribution of sul1, sul2, and int1 genes was 76.6%, 61.6%, and 43.3%, respectively. Conclusion: The results of this study showed high antibiotic resistance, which is a serious health threat. Spread of integrons is one of the main causes of emergence of resistant strains.}, keywords = {sul1,sul2,int1,Uropathogenic E. coli,Multiplex-PCR,Antibiotic susceptibility}, title_fa = {شناسایی ژن های sul1، sul2 و int1 در سویه های اشریشیا کلی یوروپاتوژنیک به روش Multiplex-PCR و تعیین الگوی حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: اوروپاتوژنیک اشریشیا کلی یکی از مهمترین عوامل اتیولوژیک در ایجاد UTI می باشد. میزان مقاومت اوروپاتوژنیک اشریشیا کلی در مقابل عوامل ضد میکروبی مختلف امروزه یکی از نگرانی های بهداشت جهانی محسوب می شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، شناسایی ژن های sul1، sul2 و int1 در سویه های اشریشیا کلی یوروپاتوژنیک به روش Multiplex-PCR و تعیین الگوی حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی آنها می باشد.مواد و روش: این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، در یک بازه زمانی 5 ماهه از فروردین لغایت مرداد 1394 در تهران، ایران انجام شد. تست حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی بر اساس روش حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی انجام شد. پس از انجام تست های روتین بیوشیمیایی و میکروبیولوژیکی، تمامی سویه ها از نظر وجود ژنهایsul1، sul2 و int1 با استفاد از روش Multiplex-PCR مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: در مجموع، تعداد 60(%100) سویه اشریشیا کلی از 60 نمونه ادرار مشکوک به UTI جمع آوری شد. توزیع ژنهای sul1، sul2 و int1  در Multiplex-PCR به ترتیب برابر 6/76%، 6/61% و 3/43% بود.بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می دهد که روند مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی رو به افزایش است که با ایجاد سویه های مقاوم به چند آنتی بیوتیک (MDR) که تهدیدی جدی برای سلامتی محسوب می شوند، مواجه خواهیم بود. انتشار اینتگرونهای مسئول مقاومت می تواند یکی از عوامل اصلی در بروز سویه های مقاوم باشد.}, keywords_fa = {ژنهای sul1,sul2 و int1,یوروپاتوژنیک اشریشیاکلی,حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی}, url = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_44095.html}, eprint = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_44095_d36244327f769b78a636b0299d3895c2.pdf} }
