In this regard, physicians should consider patients’ expectations without giving them the authority to perform operations. Therefore, this study aimed to examine andcompare the expectations of outpatients and outpatient medical students from physicians. Methods: This descriptive-analytical, cross-sectional study was conducted on 150 patients referred to internal medicine, psychiatry, gynecology, and surgery clinics and 150 interns. Patient expectations were assessed using a researcher-made questionnaire. Then, the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software, version 14. Results: The findings indicated that the mean score of patient expectations was 87.32+10.12 among the patients and 83.86+7.85 among the interns, and the difference was statistically significant (p=0.001). In addition, a significant positive relationship was found between patient expectations from physicians and patients’ age in the patients group (r=0.37, P=0.005). Conclusion: Based on these results, the patients and interns had similar expectations from physicians. Yet, the patients had higher expectation levels from physicians. Due to the positive impact of patient expectations on their satisfaction with physicians and the healthcare system, considering the fact that patients’ expectations are similar to one’s own expectations from physicians can have a positive impact.}, keywords = {Patient,Physician,Students,Expectations}, title_fa = {مقایسه سطح انتظارات بیماران سرپایی و دانشجویان پزشکی اینترن در جایگاه بیمار از پزشکان معالج}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: انتظارات بیمار اغلب برای نشان دادن آنچه بیمار امید دارد اتفاق بیفتد، به کار می رود. در این خصوص، پزشکان می‌بایست با آگاهی کافی، انتظارات بیمار را در نظر بگیرند؛ بدون اینکه محور عملیات را در اختیار آن‌ها قرار دهند. لذا مطالعه حاضر در پی بررسی و مقایسه سطح انتظارات بیماران سرپایی و دانشجویان پزشکی اینترن در جایگاه بیمار از پزشکان معالج بود.مواد و روش: در این مطالعه توصیفی، تحلیلی و مقطعی 150 نفر از بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های داخلی، روان‌پزشکی، زنان و جراحی و نیز 150 نفر از اینترن‌ها وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت بررسی سطح  انتظارات بیماران از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 14 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج : یافته‌ها نشان داد که سطح انتظارات بیماران با میانگین نمره 12/10±32/87 در مقایسه با دانشجویان اینترن با میانگین نمره 85/7±86/83 بالاتر بود. همچنین بین میانگین نمرات دو گروه، رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود داشت (001/0P=). در گروه بیماران بین سطح انتظارات بیماران از پزشکان با سن بیماران رابطه مثبت معنی‌داری وجود داشت(005/0=P، 37/0=r).بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که به طور کلی اولویت‌های انتظارات بیماران و اینترن ها در جایگاه بیمار از پزشک معالج مشابه است؛ با این تفاوت که بیماران سطح انتظار بالاتری از پزشکان معالج خود دارند. با توجه به تاثیر مثبت براورده شدن انتظارات بیماران بر رضایت آنان از پزشک و سیستم درمانی، بازخورد نتایج این پژوهش به پزشکان با درنظر گرفتن این موضوع که انتظارات بیماران از شما همان انتظارات خودتان در جایگاه بیمار از پزشکان معالج می باشد می‌تواند تاثیر مثبتی داشته باشد.}, keywords_fa = {بیمار,پزشک,دانشجویان,انتظارات}, url = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_44086.html}, eprint = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_44086_fb56968a76328cc1374be3bbfc6ac06a.pdf} }
