Various methodologies have been presented in order to explain medical ethics in the European and American universities, one of which being the experimental method. At the time, the considerable question is that “could this method be used in medical ethics methodology in Islam?” Explanation of this method and its position to extract and presume the considered verdicts and laws from viewpoint of Islam have been analyzed in this article. In this library, descriptive study, efforts were made to clarify the role of experimental method in medical ethics methodology after explaining this method and determining its position in extraction of medical laws and verdicts. The study results showed that methodology in experimental science is based on elements, such as observation, classification of discussing tasks and accidents, theory, experience, and induction. Although this method is useful and meets some human demands, it is not able to provide its ideals in the field of medical ethics, which is responsible to explain the dos and don’ts of the field of medicine. However, in case the findings of this methodology could be proved by rational reasoning, it will have a role in medical ethics methodology. According to the current study findings, medical ethics methodology in Islam is based on resources, such as Quran, tradition, wisdom, and unanimity. Therefore, only the experimental method findings, which have been rationally proved, will be useful in this methodology. Experimental methodology could also be used to specify the verdicts in medical ethics.}, keywords = {Medical Ethics,Experimental methodology,Theory,Methodology,Islam}, title_fa = {جایگاه روش تجربی در متدولوژی اخلاق پزشکی}, abstract_fa = {روش استخراج احکام و پاسخ به مسائل یک علم، بر عهده متدولوژی آن علم است. به منظور تبیین متدولوژی اخلاق پزشکی در دانشگاه‌های اروپا و آمریکا، روش‌های مختلفی ارائه شده که یکی از آنها روش تجربی است. حال این سؤال قابل طرح است که «آیا از این روش می‌توان در متدولوژی اخلاق پزشکی در اسلام استفاده کرد؟» تبیین این روش و جایگاه آن در استخراج و استنباط احکام و قوانین مطرح در اخلاق پزشکی از منظر اسلام در این مقاله مورد واکاوی و تحقیق قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش به صورت کتابخانه‌ای، توصیفی و تحلیلی صورت پذیرفته است. پس از تبیین روش تجربی و جایگاه آن در استخراج قوانین و احکام پزشکی، سعی بر آن است که نقش آن در متدولوژی اخلاق پزشکی روشن گردد. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که روش تحقیق در علوم تجربی مبتنی بر ارکانی چون مشاهده، طبقه‌بندی امور یا حوادث مورد بحث، فرضیه، تجربه و استقراست. استفاده از این روش، گرچه در جای خود مفید و برآورنده برخی از نیازهای انسانها بوده است، اما در حیطه اخلاق پزشکی - که عهده‌دار تبیین بایدها و نبایدهای مرتبط با حوزه پزشکی است - نمی‌تواند تأمین کننده آرمان‌های آن باشد. اگر یافته‌های این روش را بتوان با دلیل عقلی به اثبات رساند، در متدولوژی اخلاق پزشکی اسلامی نقشی خواهد داشت. از یافته‌های این مطالعه نتیجه می شود که متدولوژی اخلاق پزشکی در اسلام مبتنی بر منابع حجیت- کتاب، سنت، عقل و اجماع - است لذا صرفاً آن قسم از یافته‌های روش تجربی که به مدد عقل اثبات گردد، در این متدولوژی قابل استفاده خواهد بود. از روش تجربی می‌توان برای تنقیح موضوعات احکام در اخلاق پزشکی بهره جست.}, keywords_fa = {اخلاق پزشکی,روش تجربی,فرضیه,متدولوژی,اسلام}, url = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_44062.html}, eprint = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_44062_f08ad28246784dd2464f187e042b9485.pdf} }
