Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 21 patients with major depression disorder and 21 patients with bipolar manic disorder. The patients were selected from the psychiatric hospitals of Shiraz through convenience sampling using DSM-IV diagnostic interview, Beck Depression-II, Young Rating Mania Interview, and Shugar Self-Rating Mania Inventory. The control group participants were also selected from the hospitals staff using the above-mentioned scales. These participants had to have normal performance in the diagnostic interview and to obtain standard scores in the screen scales. The data were collected using SPSR and BIS/BAS self-rating scales and were then analyzed by MANOVA and Toki post-hoc test.  Results: Bipolar manic patients showed higher levels of BAS and SR indexes compared to the two other groups. However, no significant difference was observed between the major depressive patients and the normal controls in this regard. Moreover, major depressive patients showed higher levels of BIS and SP indexes in comparison to the two other groups. Conclusion: Vulnerability to bipolar spectrum disorders results from a dysregulated BAS.}, keywords = {Unipolar major depression disorder,Bipolar manic disorder,Behavioral activation system,Behavioral inhibition system}, title_fa = {مقایسه فعالیت سیستم های مغزی/ رفتاری بیماران مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی یک قطبی، دو قطبی مانیک و افراد بهنجار}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به منظور مقایسه فعالیت سیستم های مغزی/ رفتاری بیماران افسرده یک قطبی، دوقطبی مانیک و افراد بهنجار بر اساس مدل بدتنظیمی سیستم فعال سازی رفتاری (BAS) – مدل مربوط به چگونگی عملکرد سیستم های مغزی/ رفتاری در اختلالات خلقی-  انجام شده است.  مواد و روش: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی و بر روی بیماران بستری مبتلا به اختلالات خلقی (21 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی یک قطبی و21 بیمار دوقطبی مانیک) انجام شد. افراد مورد نظر به روش نمونه گیری زمانی در دسترس با استفاده از مصاحبه تشخیصی DSM-IV ، مقیاس‌های خودسنجی افسردگی بکII ، مانیای شوگر و مصاحبه درجه‌بندی نشانگان مانیای یانگ، از بیمارستان های اعصاب و روان شیراز انتخاب شدند. افراد گروه سالم نیز از بین کارکنان بیمارستان‌ها و با استفاده از همین مقیاس‌ها انتخاب شدند، با این تفاوت که علاوه بر عملکرد طبیعی در مصاحبه تشخیصی، باید نمرات بهنجاری در مقیاسهای اسکرین کسب می‌کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس‌های سیستم فعال سازی- بازداری رفتاری (BIS/BAS) و مقیاس حساسیت به پاداش و تنبیه (SRSP) جمع‌آوری و با کمک روش‌های آمار توصیفی، تحلیل واریانس و آزمون تعقیبی توکی تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: سطح شاخص‌های سیسستم فعال سازی رفتاری (BAS و SR) بیماران دوقطبی مانیک از دو گروه دیگر بیشتر بود و بین بیماران افسرده یک قطبی و افراد بهنجار در شاخص‌های این سیستم تفاوت معنی‌داری دیده نشد؛ سطح شاخص‌های سیستم های بازداری رفتاری (BIS و SP) بیماران افسرده یک قطبی نیز از دو گروه دیگر بیشتر بود.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: ریشه آسیب‌پذیری به اختلالات طیفی دوقطبی در سیستم فعال سازی رفتاری ((BAS بد تنظیم شده نهفته است.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال افسردگی اساسی یک قطبی,اختلال دو قطبی مانیک,سیستم فعال سازی رفتاری,سیستم بازداری رفتاری}, url = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_44032.html}, eprint = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_44032_7eecb05768fc11b5ed7ae13d9c0c3817.pdf} }
