These problems may lead them to spirituality. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of stress, anxiety, and depression in patients with diabetes and their associations with spiritual health. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 200 adults with diabetes. Convenience sampling was used. Data were collected by stress, anxiety and depression scales (DASS-21) and spiritual well-being scale. The results were analyzed using SPSS software and ANOVA and linear regression tests. Results: The prevalence of stress was 44.1% (15.5% mild, 20.2% moderate, 8.3 severe, and 1% extremely severe). Anxiety comprised 62.8% (24.5% mild, 22.9% moderate, 12.2 severe, and 3.2% extremely severe). Moreover, the prevalence of depression was 31.3 (12.8% mild, 18.4% moderate, and 6.1 severe). The mean score of spiritual well-being was 92.28 (SD=12.53). There was an association between spiritual well-being and anxiety (F=5.64, P<0.0001), and depression (F=7.69, P<0.0001). In addition, spiritual well-being was predicted by depression. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that more than one third of patients with diabetes suffered from stress and depression. More than half of the participants experienced anxiety. There was an association between spiritual well-being and anxiety and depression. Therefore, screening patients with diabetes in order to identify their mental and psychological problems and provide spiritual health interventions in order to reduce the probability of these problems is suggested.}, keywords = {Spiritual well-being,Anxiety,depression,Stress,Diabetes}, title_fa = {شیوع استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی و ارتباط آنها با سلامت معنوی در بزرگسالان مبتلا به دیابت}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: بیماران مبتلا به دیابت با مشکلات روحی و روانی متعددی ممکن است مواجهه شوند. این مشکلات ممکن است آنها را به سوی معنویت سوق دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی شیوع استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در بیماران دیابتی و ارتباط آنها با سلامت معنوی انجام شد.مواد و روش: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی و توصیفی-تحلیلی بر روی 200 نفر از بزرگسالان مبتلا به دیابت انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت آسان انجام شد. داده ها با مقیاس استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی (DASS-21) و پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی جمع آوری شد. نتایج با بکارگیری نرم افزاز SPSS و آزمون های انوا و رگرسیون خطی تحلیل شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که 1/44 درصد بیماران استرس (خفیف (5/15درصد) متوسط(2/20درصد)، شدید (3/8درصد) و خیلی شدید (0/1 درصد)) داشتند. 8/62 درصد اضطراب (خفیف (5/24درصد) متوسط(9/22درصد)، شدید (2/12درصد) و خیلی شدید (2/3 درصد)) را گزارش کردند. به علاوه 3/31 درصد افسردگی (خفیف (8/12درصد) متوسط(4/18درصد) و شدید (1/6درصد)) داشتند. میانگین نمره سلامت معنوی53/12±28/92 بود. بین سلامت معنوی با اضطراب (0001/0>P و64/5=F) و افسردگی (0001/0>P و69/7=F) ارتباط وجود داشت. به علاوه سلامت معنوی تنها به وسیله افسردگی پیش گویی می شد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: یافته های این مطالعه گویای وجود استرس و افسردگی در بیش از یک سوم بیماران بود. بیش از نیمی از شرکت کنندگان مضطرب بود. بین سلامت معنوی با اضطراب و افسردگی ارتباط وجود داشت. لذا انجام غربالگری این بیماران به منظور شناخت مشکلات روحی و روانی آنها و ارائه مداخلات سلامت معنوی در جهت کاهش احتمالی این مشکلات پیشنهاد می شود.}, keywords_fa = {سلامت معنوی,اضطراب,افسردگی,استرس,دیابت}, url = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_43954.html}, eprint = {https://smsj.sums.ac.ir/article_43954_b3dcf3bd54f8a3ea08b135aff5713616.pdf} }
